Charlotte Evans is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Labour team and the Health and Safety team based in Dentons Kensington Swan Auckland office. Charlotte advises on all areas of employment law including employment agreements, company policies, personal grievances, company reorganisations, bullying and harassment issues, management of performance, investigations, disciplinary matters and terminations. She also has health and safety expertise, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues, and has experience advising clients on accepted enforceable undertakings. Charlotte has represented clients in proceedings before the Employment Relations Authority, the District Court and the Employment Court.
Charlotte has been involved in complex litigation, including a landmark claim to the Employment Court regarding a contractual mistake issue.

Emma Gibbins is Dentons Kensington Swan's Human Resources Director based in the Wellington office.
Emma started her career in the public sector in Wellington. In 2008 she moved to London where she worked with law firm Taylor Wessing.
After returning to New Zealand's public sector, Emma joined Dentons Kensington Swan as the Human Resources Consultant in 2015 and became the Human Resources Director in 2018.

Ezekiel is a senior member of our environment and planning team. He advises clients on all aspects of the Resource Management Act (RMA) and related legislation, helping them to obtain resource consents and designations, and to make submissions on changes to district and regional plans.

Jenni is a brand development leader. She manages the New Zealand trade mark portfolios of a number of the world's best known brands in industries including automotive, FMCG, technology and banking. She also advises a wide range of New Zealand companies on developing and establishing their IP overseas and taking their products and services to the world.

Linda manages a diverse range of complex legal, political and regulatory relationships and disputes. She is a specialist in judicial review, public law disputes and processes, investigations and defamation. She is also experienced in mediations, coronial inquiries and class actions. She has appeared in the Court of Appeal, the High Court, District Court, Human Rights Review Tribunal and the Coroners Court.
She has been engaged by Government Ministers (across a range of administrations) to facilitate difficult negotiations. Most recently, she was engaged by the Board of ACC to conduct a full review of the organisation's compliance with the Privacy Act 2020. In addition, Linda is frequently engaged by commercial boards and CEOs to provide strategic insight and analysis.
Before becoming a lawyer Linda was an award winning political journalist and broadcaster.
Linda is a member of the board of New Zealand on Air and the New Zealand Police Risk Assurance Committee.

EQC: acting for EQC in a range of litigation, including an application for a representative claim (class action). Also providing public law advice on a range of issues requiring statutory interpretation, policy development and risk mitigation.
