KAA is committed to providing exceptional operative anesthesia and perioperative services in locations where our team can produce superior results... KAA consists of 7 Physicians, and employs around 50 full and part time CRNA's and Anesthesiologists. The educational backgrounds of our Physicians cover a highly esteemed curriculum. Residencies include Loma Linda University, and Ohio State University. Our Anesthesiologist's are certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and our CRNAs are certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists... Our staffing model is the medically directed anesthesia care team approach, where an Anesthesiologist medically directs between 2 and 4 CRNAs, alternatively, Anesthesiologists may do their own cases. This type of coverage allows us to provide preoperative evaluation and preparation including blocks if needed, intraoperative supervision and assistance, and postoperative care as needed.
