Juan Zaragoza

Juan is a seasoned veteran of the LED display industry and has been a partner in Kaizen Display Solutions since 2003. Juan has been at the top of his field since he started as a field service engineer for Sony JumboTron back in 1992. For the last 25 years Juan has worked with all the major LED display manufactures such as Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, Daktronics, digiLED, and many more. Juan has worked on some of the most prestigious entertainment events, sporting events, and concert tours in the last 2 decades. From Super Bowls to WWE to the Academy Awards, Juan has done it all …and best of all …can do it all …with a smile and a "can do" attitude.

Ralph Welch

Ralph has worked as a Chief Engineer, Engineer in Charge, Producer, Camera Operator, Tape Operator, Project Manager, Systems Engineer, and Field Service Engineer for LED display productions since 1994. In addition to freelancing for Kaizen Display Solutions, Ralph is currently the Chief Engineer for the PBS television station and multiple radio stations in Cookville TN. Ralph has had this position for the last 17 years. Ralph has never backed away from any problem large or small and is the man to turn to when you need to get "under the hood". Ralph has been working for Kaizen Display Solutions since 2003.

Randy Green - President

Randy Green, President of Kaizen Display Solutions, Inc., is an innovative and energetic sales and management professional with over 28 years' experience in the strategic planning, design, sales, implementation, and management of Large Screen Displays and technical systems for the entertainment, television, sports, event promotion, and LED digital signage industries. Randy is an industry expert in large screen video display (LSVD) systems. He has extensive international experience managing all product development, project management, and technical operations functions. In addition, he is proven international C-level technology strategist and systems architect with a broad-based record of success in challenging and diverse environments. Randy has an extensive background in technical evaluation and the implementation of new technologies. Randy has provided vision, expertise, and guidance in the areas of Product and Technology Development, Systems Solutions, Technical Sales Support, and Project Management to customers in the United States, Europe, Hong Kong, and China. Able to quickly assimilate and creatively apply, established and emerging technologies. Randy has worked with the Seattle Seahawks, Sony Corporation of America, Toshiba, Action Sports Media, Lighthouse Technologies, The Rolling Stones, Genesis, and served as the large screen video consultant for numerous Super Bowls, All Star games, and concert tours.
