Our philosophy is to produce fruit and wines of the highest quality. Kestrel uses all the fruit to craft wines in a multi-tiered system, every grape intended to go into the Signature Series. Our winemaker carefully decides what tier each grape is best suited and our team markets them creatively to the surprise and delight of our customers... Kestrel wines are created from the best fruit Yakima Valley and our 126 acre estate vineyard can offer. We craft wines that showcase a "Sense of Place" and Yakima's unique terroir. Using old world methodology and new world technique, we make wines with our founding philosophy in mind: Great wines should be on everyone's table, every day... Kestrel innovatively crafts wines of the highest caliber, showcasing the unique terroir of the Pacific Northwest.
