Adam Wood

Amanda Pithers

Job Titles:

Amanda joined Key in 2010 for 2 years before moving to Brisbane. She couldn't stay away long though and returned in 2016 where she has tried her hand at nearly every role in the company including administration, training, employment, and youth. Amanda is now the NDIS Administrator and is responsible for coordinating all NDIS support shifts and staff rostering from Nambucca Heads through to the Clarence region. Amanda loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys the beach, music and playing football.

Amanda Squires

Amanda works at the Kempsey office as an Intake Officer as well as in an administration support role. She has been at Key since 2019 after her and her husband moved to the area from the Northern Territory. Starting as a volunteer education support to students in training, she soon moved into paid employment and has been a proud part of the Key Community Group team ever since. Amanda is married to Tim, and they have two crazy toddlers together. When Amanda is not working, she spends most of her time with her family and her animals, enjoying the serenity of rural life mixed with the wonderful chaos of parenthood.

Amy Gould

Amy is a NDIS Administrator based in Kempsey. She is responsible for providing quality administrative duties, ensuring NDIS services run smoothly and efficiently for participants, carers, and stakeholders. Amy is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those who live with a disability. During her spare time, Amy enjoys being outdoors with her partner and 3 children enjoying the beautiful Mid North Coast region.

Andrew Nelson

Andrew enjoys meeting new people and exploring the beautiful Macleay Valley. Andrew has been working people his whole life and enjoy bringing out the best in them. Andrew has a keen interest in the outdoors and loves diving, mountain biking and is also a first aid and lifeguard trainer. Andrew has had a long association with Key as a trainer and support worker.

Beau Henry

Beau is a valued member of the Kempsey team as a support worker he is responsible for the delivery of providing assistance to people who need support to enhance their lives, increase their access to the community and their ability to live independently. Beau has been employed at Key since 2020. Beau consistently demonstrates a high level of support throughout his delivery of service. During his own time, Beau enjoys spending time with his partner and their young son, playing golf and enjoying the outdoors.

Ben Hampson

Ben Hampson is one our newest members of the team, Ben is a father of 2 who prides himself in his role as such. Ben is into outdoor activities such as surfing, fishing, bush runs, soccer, rugby and enjoys the gym. Ben speaks two languages English and German and has his Cert IV in Community Services. Ben has trained staff in previous roles and has a large interest in healthy living both mentally emotionally and physically.

Blake Skinner

Blake joined Key in March 2022 as a support worker. Blake has volunteered his time as a volunteer fire fighter for 12 years now. He spends his time off going on adventures with his family and friends. Blake is devoted to helping participants to reach their goals big or small.

Bree McKibbin

Bree is responsible for the Plan Management here at Key. Bree has been with Key Community Group since 2020 starting off as a NDIS Support Worker. She is excited to be a part of plan management and enjoys watching it grow. Bree spends most of her free time reading books, travelling the Coffs Coast and activities at the beach.

Brodie Thorn

Brodie is a dedicated Support Worker at Key, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to the role since 2020. Brodie draws his knowledge and experience from previous professional roles in Youth Work, Intensive Family Preservation and Adult Community Education, enabling him to use a unique approach to help people meet their goals. Outside of his professional life, Brodie devotes a significant portion of his time to fishing, spearfishing and bow hunting. Through these activities Brodie has developed a strong passion and understanding for the environment and its wildlife.

Brooke Cox

Brooke started her journey with Key Community Group in 2024 as a DES Consultant. With over 15 years Barista experience, Brooke has a strong background in Retail and Hospitality Management. She aspires to use these elements to her advantage to help others gain employment in her new role. Outside of work, Brooke spends most of her time raising her 3 children and supporting her husband in Premier League Cricket. When Brooke has any spare time, she enjoys reading, digital artwork creation, listening to music and playing football.

Callum Jones

Callum is a disability support worker. He has been at Key since 2022. Callum has worked in the industry for 4 years and is passionate about supporting those in the community with disabilities to reach their goals, particularly the Yamba/Maclean area where he is based. Callum enjoys running, playing music at local venues and surfing.

Cheryl Rayner

Cheryl commenced work with Key in 2016 as an Employment Consultant. Cheryl is passionate about helping people with a disability find and maintain employment and supports her clients to ensure they have equal opportunities and access to training, traineeships, and apprenticeships. Cheryl has lived in the Coffs Harbour area since 1973 and previously worked at Coffs Harbour City Council for 20 years. When not at work Cheryl's time is spent with her husband, 3 children, 4 grandchildren and boxer puppy.

Chris Worboys

Chris Worboys founded Key in 1991 after various stints as a Disability Employment and Marketing Specialist with the CES, Textile Mechanic, Brickies Labourer and Deckhand. He was the CEO of Key for 28 years and is now Executive Director responsible for governance and legislative compliance. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and is invested in ensuring Key's reputation for quality and ethical business practices continues at the highest level for all of Key's services. He is the Chair of the Keyboard. He was a driving force into developing Key as a professional business operation where getting the balance right between running effectively and efficiently and getting the best results for our participants has always been the goal. He is very proud of the achievements of the team since 1991 and points to the amazing growth of the company as evidence of their devotion and success. He enjoys fishing, eating and his 5 beautiful grandchildren.

In 2022, Dani joined Key Community Group, initially assuming the role of NDIS Manager before transitioning into her current position as the Human Resources Manager. With a career spanning more than two decades across various industries, Dani is a seasoned HR professional. Throughout her career, she has navigated the ever-evolving landscape of human resources, where she has adapted to shifting legislative frameworks, maintained regulatory compliance and upheld the standards of best practice. Dani is deeply committed to fostering workplaces where inclusivity thrives, and diversity is not just acknowledged but celebrated. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dani is a mother to three remarkable boys who she loves with all her heart. Her love of nature is unmistakable, and she find happiness in the great outdoors where you will find her camping, casting a line, exploring and anything related to getting sand or dirt between her toes.

Daniel Shinfield

Daniel is a support worker at Key, and also teaches driving lessons as a mentor. He has worked at Key for the past 2 years and really enjoys the work. Darren Long

Darren began working for Key in August 2016. Darrens role is maintaining and developing the, Key Community Group buildings and grounds. He enjoys working with his maintenance team and the broad range of people he meets on a daily basis. When Darren is not at work he enjoys spending time with his family where they enjoy outdoor activities like, days at the beach, exploring by 4wd and time with their horses.

Elesha Neilly

Emily Hedges

Working with Key many years ago, Emily was apart of the original KAPOW team. Since going on maternity leave, Emily ventured into the corporate world gaining further experience in finance, community services and executive management. Emily has rejoined Key again to be apart of the redeveloped RTO team, training school based trainees, classroom based learners and people in the workforce wanting to gain a qualification in Business, Hospitality or Retail.

Gemma Blyth

Since commencing with Key Community Group in October 2016 Gemma has worked in a variety of areas including Youth Programs, Training and NDIS. Gemma is dedicated to her clients and is passionate about assisting them achieve their goals and connect with the community, witnessing life changing moments for her clients when they overcome their barriers is something she is very proud of the work that Key does. Living on the Coffs Coast for over 20 years Gemma and has been involved in many local sporting groups where her 2 sons have been members.

Gillian Worthy

Gillian has been working as a receptionist with Key since November 2014. With the continual growth of Key the reception area has become an extremely busy thoroughfare. She enjoys her role and likes to keep things running smoothly with both reception and office administration duties. Once a month Gillian volunteers at the local Lifeline store. She really values the opportunity to spend time with new people and do something different while supporting this important charity.

Jane Lewis

Jane has been part of the KEY team since 2022 and is the Southern Region NDIS Coordinator, based in the Kempsey office. Jane has been working in a NDIS role since 2018 as a Local Area Coordinator and a Support Coordinator. Jane loves that KEY is like an extended family who focuses on supporting participants to work towards their goals and live their best lives, while encouraging an inclusive community for everyone. In her spare time Jane enjoys woodwork and sells unique handmade items on ETSY and at the markets. She also enjoys pottering in the garden and playing the piano.

Jasmine Keenes

Jasmine has worked for Key Community Group since 2011 after completing her Bachelor of Laws which has been a valuable resource while working in the DES Employment area. Over the years of working at Key Community Group Jasmine started out as an employment consultant moving into the current role of compliance manager in the DES Space. Jasmine has a continuing passion for law, reading and helping people attain life goals to which they never thought possible. Jasmine also has close ties to the Coffs Community with much of her family living locally.

Jenny Hammond

Jen joined Key Employment in 2022 as a Support Worker. After several months Jen was offered a position of Employment Consultant. Jen has been working in Community Services since the 1990's, Yep that long however, she still looks good and has a great sense of humour, as she makes it her mission to see smiles. When not working Jen enjoys her time with her Hubby Steve, presenting his beautiful woodwork at Markets, fishing and family and ours is bigger than the Brady Bunch.

Jess Nero

Jess started with Key as a casual disability support worker in October 2021, by January 2022 Jess enrolled with Key's support for her cert 4 in community services and became a full-time support worker. In September 2022 Jess changed roles to a DES Consultant and managed the Nambucca Heads office until the end of 2023. Throughout 2023 Jess shared her workload helping clients in both DES and NDIS supports. Jess is now based in the Coffs Harbour office. Jess is inspired working with clients setting goals and takes on the challenges with her clients to support them achieve their goals. Jess's compassion comes from her family she adores and loves playing soccer in her spare time.

Jessica Kelly

Jess joined Key in June 2018 as a consultant. She enjoys the challenges and the rewards of working with people with a disability, and it's a real ‘feel good' moment when she sees the difference she makes to someone's life. Jess has since moved into a Senior Consultant/2IC role of the Kempsey office and enjoys working with the team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. Jess is currently working towards expanding her skills and is about to commence her Diploma of Counselling to provide counselling support to people living with disability.

Jessica Rudder

Jodi Riddoch

Jodi's passion for work is supporting young people within the community. She has been an impassioned support worker at KEY for the past two years. She is a busy mum of three young boys, before her career in support she was lucky enough to have been a stay-at-home mum. Jodi enjoys living a coastal life in beautiful Urunga. On the weekends she enjoys watching her children play sports, caring for her garden, camping, and spending time in nature. Jodi also enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking and creating meals for the family. She has an inclusive nature and caring energy and enjoys every part of her role.

Jodi Wood started working at Key in 2006. She has worked in many roles in that time including receptionist, employment consultant, team leader, psychologist, DES Manager, COO and since 2019 has been the CEO. Jodi's experience in all aspects of the company she now runs makes her a thoughtful and engaging leader who is invested in making Key not only the best community service on the Mid North Coast but the best place to work for her dedicated team. Jodi has a first-class honours degree in Psychology and a Diploma of Management. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), is a registered psychologist with AHPRA and a registered Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS. Jodi founded Key Youth Services in 2016, was the 2017 Regional NSW Young Business Exec. of the Year and the 2022 Women of the Year runner up. Jodi has impressive skills in public speaking and event planning and volunteers a significant amount of her time with her local soccer club. Jodi is a mother of 3 amazing kids. She loves all sports, cooking, going to the gym and above all else her friends and family.

Joe Monks

Joe joined the team at Key in 2011. Since joining Key employment Joe has been responsible for helping hundreds of Key clients to gain meaningful and sustainable employment in their local communities Originally from the Northern Territory, Joe relocated to Coffs Harbour where he has lived and worked for over 25 years. Joe also worked and travelled throughout Australia, UK and Europe as a chef in his 23-year career in the hospitality industry. Joe is married with three children and enjoys the weather, great fishing, and outdoor lifestyle that Coffs Harbour has to offer.
