Our service portfolio includes qualitative ethnographic usability research, project management, technical documentation development and the identification and mitigation of cross-cultural issues. While much of our cross-cultural focus has been on Japan-related matters, we are open to working with other cultural groups... We make extensive use of applied anthropological techniques that have proven effective in corporate settings around the globe. These techniques are used to augment more conventional product, project and account management practices.
