KAST is a connector of five regional districts, five First Nations, 29 municipalities, nine school districts, three postsecondary institutions, dozens of nonprofits, hundreds of small businesses and thousands of tech workers... KAST is the largest technology-focused economic development association in the Kootenay economic region... KAST is here to attract, support and connect people and businesses. We do that at our main space, Nelson Innovation Centre, and through numerous regional programs, services, networking opportunities, events and partnerships.
