She also facilitates strategic growth opportunities and new business development on behalf of the Knightsbridge Park brand. Alex is dedicated to providing exceptional client service. She brings to her role a rich repertoire of professional experience in the fields of luxury marketing, hospitality, and public relations, as well as a reputation for nurturing client relationships. Prior to joining Knightsbridge Park, she worked at several industry-leading firms, including Weber Shandwick, the London-based hospitality brand OneFineStay (the "unhotel"), American Express Publishing, Food & Wine magazine, and the San Francisco Travel Association, where she courted well-heeled businesses to the city while promoting the city's top-tier venues, attractions, hotels, and restaurants.

Alexandra Filiaci

Alexandra Filiaci, Vice President of Social Media, leads Knightsbridge Park's social media team to ensure dedicated service to KB Park's portfolio of luxury real estate clientele. Alexandra is an experienced digital marketer with expertise in crafting organic content strategies. Previous experience includes leading social media and content marketing efforts for both Coldwell Banker Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury international brands, inclusive of social activation of national advertising campaigns.

Devra Martinez

Devra Martinez, Senior Vice President of Business Operations, leverages her keen knowledge of the real estate development process to collaborate with Knightsbridge Park clients and bring their marketing vision to life. In addition, Devra manages operations to guarantee that every client benefits from a seamless working relationship. Devra came to Knightsbridge Park with a stellar background in real estate development marketing that includes four years of leading marketing efforts for Gotham Organization, one of New York's longest-standing developers. At Gotham, Devra oversaw a marketing portfolio of more than 5,000 homes, including the 1,238-unit rental complex Gotham West, one of Hell's Kitchen's most highly sought-after luxury properties. Prior to this, Devra promoted luxury residential developments at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.

Jared Seeger - Founder, President

Jared Seeger, Knightsbridge Park founder, is an innovator in both real estate and marketing, with an emphasis on the digital space. With an AB in Government from Harvard University, Jared has worked intimately with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to growing startups, and runs seminars on the new media landscape. He has been instrumental in both strategy and execution for international real estate powerhouses, among them Prudential, Corcoran, Macklowe, and Jamestown Properties. He is a contributor to The Huffington Post and was recently featured in Fast Company and Entrepreneur.

Jarrett White

Jarrett brings a diversified perspective on marketing strategy, sales/leasing management and client services for real estate through his work with a variety of highly respected local and national developers and sales/marketing agents. At And Partners, a well-respected Creative and Branding firm, he worked closely with both the account and design teams to provide excellent service, strategic insights and creative ideation throughout the course of his projects, seeing them from initiation through completion. At Macklowe Properties, he implemented integrated marketing and PR strategies for new construction (most notably 432 Park Avenue) and conversion properties. At Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, he collaborated on multiple condominium developments and conversions ranging in value from $20 million to $500 million. Jarrett takes great pride in his ability to cultivate meaningful relationships both internally and externally. At Knightsbridge Park, he works closely with the Client Services team to develop creative, consistent, and on-point strategies and services.

John Campanella - COO

John Campanella, Knightsbridge Park Chief Operating Officer, has spent the past 20 years providing vision for some of the biggest agencies in the world, including Ogilvy, FCB, and Mcgarrybowen-and has a long history of helping global, iconic brands (Samsung, Marriott, Ferrari, and more) reimagine themselves and increase their market share. Prior to joining Knightsbridge Park, John was the CEO of 160over90, a full-service branding agency specializing in strategic positioning, brand building, and data-led, results-driven creative. 160over90's portfolio spans across luxury/lifestyle (e.g., Ferrari, Godiva, Diageo), higher education (e.g., UCLA, University of Virginia, Duke University), and professional sports (Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts, Cleveland Cavaliers, among others). In 2018, John led the acquisition of 160over90 by Endeavor (the global entertainment/cultural powerhouse) for a reported $250M. In his spare time, John flips residential real estate in Manhattan and the Hamptons. He is also on the board of Teach for America NY and the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. John is a graduate of NYU's Stern School of Business and a frequent marketing panelist and conference speaker.

Justin honed his skills while previously working at industry powerhouse Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, and as the Director of Development and Marketing at Douglas Elliman. His impact on the industry has not gone unnoticed, and in 2015, The Real Deal named Justin one of Real Estate's Rising Stars.
