Kathy's vision for KEC is to provide superior mediation services at a price that is affordable and continues to follow this vision today... In 2008 Kathy Elton left her position as Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs at the Utah State Court Administrative Office of the Courts and opened Kathy Elton Consulting (KEC). Kathy decided to leave the word of Government Bureaucracy and do what she loves to do, mediate. In addition to mediation, Kathy also offered basic and domestic mediation training and served as a Domestic Mentor for new divorce mediators in Utah... We can assist in the planning and care of aging parents. We work with your family to bring together all stakeholders to discuss and make plans for the future in regard to the care of an aging loved one.
