Allan Sanders is a partner with KBST&M and has more than thirty years of public accounting experience serving many clients in various industries, including construction, not-for-profits, manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality, and employee benefit plans matters, and planning for purchases and sales of businesses. Services Allan has provided include due diligence (for buyers and sellers), transaction structuring, purchase price adjustment advice, purchase agreement review and related advisory services. He has also led projects to assess M&A processes and implement purchase price accounting. He frequently consults with private companies throughout the country on establishing Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and other employee benefit matters.

Basil Taibel is currently a Partner Emeritus with KBST&M. He joined the firm in 1991. He has over forty-five years of public accounting experience. His areas of concentration are in accounting services, individual and corporate taxation, business valuation services, management advisory services, and financial management services. He has served many clients in various industries, including professional services, real estate, automotive dealerships, manufacturing, direct advertising, and contracting.
Deanna Amos is a partner with KBST&M and has over thirty years of public accounting experience. She has been with the firm since 1994 and currently serves as the head of the firm's audit department. Deanna's areas of concentration have been in auditing (mortgage industry and non-profit), accounting services, individual and corporate taxation, and estate/trust taxation. Erma Grimmel is a partner with KBST&M and has sixteen years of public accounting experience. Lee McIntyre is a tax manager with KBST&M. She provides services to closely-held and family-owned businesses, advising these small to medium-sized business and their owners on tax compliance, tax strategy, and accounting needs. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, restaurants, professional services, real estate and agriculture.
Lee joined KBST&M in 2016, having previously been a tax manager at MKS&H and Callan & Palmer, LLP, two Baltimore area CPA firms.
Lee graduated magna cum laude from Pennsylvania State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She completed additional coursework in accounting and taxation at the University of Baltimore.

Jeff Berman is the Managing Partner with KBST&M, and has been with the firm since 1987. Mike Berman is a partner with KBST&M, and serves as head of the firm's IT Department. He has been with the firm since 1995 and has more than twenty years of public accounting experience. Mike's areas of concentration have been in information technology consulting, accounting services, and individual and corporate taxation. He serves many clients in various industries, including professional services, real estate, contracting, and healthcare.
Ray Kahn is one of the founding partners of KBST&M and is currently a Partner Emeritus with the firm. He has over forty-five years of public accounting experience serving many clients in various industries, including professional services, contractors, healthcare, security services, and mortgage lending. Ray's areas of concentration are taxation, financial management services, and management advisory services.
Richard Neuman is a partner with KBST&M and has more than thirty years of public accounting experience. Richard's areas of expertise include tax planning for high-income clients, statutory stock option programs, and various methods in structuring compensation, intricate estate planning issues, passive gain and loss regulations, and charitable contribution planning. Richard has a high-level of expertise in the death care industry and has provided expert testimony to the Maryland State Legislature regarding the funeral industry. He is also significantly involved in real estate issues including IRC Section 1031 like-kind exchanges, corporate acquisitions and mergers, and partnership distributions.
