KCPS is 52% owned by Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara and Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan and 48% by Rezeki Tinggi Sdn. Bhd. KCPS is registered as a parking contractor with the Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia. (Federal Finance Office)... KCPS has been able to create good working relationship with the respective City Authorities parking and enforcement departments. This relationship is vital and important for KCPS to effectively and efficiently manage the car parking bays for both the City Authorities of Kuching.
