As part of our extensive processing capabilities, KAM can shear or saw cut straight lengths. State-of-the- art CAD/CAM driven waterjet equipment is available for intricate shapes or custom cut parts in thicknesses from 0.015'' to 4'' in most materials. Many of our customers have found that it is more cost effective to have KAM send in "net parts" than buy the stock size raw material and process it themselves. KAM also offers heat treating, grinding, trepanning, sliting, turning and other process capabilities to precisely meet your specific raw material requirements. KAM is process certified to accomplish these services using approved sources to properly meet your requirements... KAM stocks a wide variety of high temperature, corrosion resistant, and titanium alloys in our 15,000 square foot warehouse, which we can sell in stock size or easily process to send you custom cut parts. We also specialize in less-common, hard to find alloys, sizes and we offer J.I.T. (just-in time) shipments..
