KEC Engineering is a union contractor working exclusively in Southern California. Our base of operations is located in Corona, CA near the 91 and 15 freeways... Nearly 45 years after KEC Company was founded in the 1950's, its owner at the time, Keith E. Card, decided to retire and made the decision to sell all of the Company's property and assets to his key employees who had given more than 20 years of service. It was in 1995 when KEC Engineering became an employee-owned company and this ownership structure remains in place today. Providing the leadership foundation for KEC are it's Owners, James Elfring (President) and Scott Pfeiffer (Executive Vice President)... KEC's success is attributed to the expertise of our field personnel, some of whom are third generation company employees. In addition, all of the company's supervisors have been employed with KEC for more than 20 years.
