KCC was founded in July, 1983 and incorporated in May, 1988 by its' current president, cost estimator-value engineer-instructor-inspector, Eric Kuusela, who "moonlighted" work ( with employer permission ) while performing top quality work for major general contractors in construction management and lump sum hard bid work... Outside demand increased and so the firm of KCC was born. KCC has grown into a diversified estimating and construction services company with its' main backbone of sixteen CSI division construction cost estimating and value engineering in addition to Florida contractor license exam preparation, reserve study, reproduction cost, insurance appraisal and payment-property-quality inspection...
