Founded in 1974 by Ken Smith (left) and Aidan Flatley (right) while attending university, work in the early days consisted of snow plowing, interior demolition, fencing and deck building. After graduating, Ken and Aidan decided to keep the company going, despite having job offers to work in their fields of study. Over the years, we have grown from two to hundreds of employees, and our quality signature continues to be placed on a myriad of projects of different sizes and complexity... When Ken and Aidan founded the company, the business philosophy was simple; work hard, operate with integrity, and have fun. This philosophy hasn't changed over the years.
