The business began as a Sheltered Care Home, which provided services to 23 people. Since it's beginning the company has expanded into an organization that provides quality customer-driven services to 212 adults with developmental disabilities, helping them become as independent as possible... Kel-Tech Management Company also provides general accounting, payroll, tax preparation, state cost reporting, as well as direct service personnel certification and other staff training.
