My career truly began when I made the jump to Cause-Marketing in 2012. Before then I had worked in sales for a variety of companies, and I found out that that I just needed more from my job then a paycheck. Since then, each new step in my career has been an exciting new challenge. From my beginnings as a Relationship Manager for a Cause Marketing firm to Manager of Matching Gifts for one of New York's oldest Nonprofits finally to Technology Consulting for Nonprofits, each steppingstone has built on the previous one. These last nine years have been very rewarding, and I am looking forward to bringing my knowledge and experiences to KELL Partners.

Heather Hafner

Job Titles:
  • PROJECT MANAGER
My favorite part of my job is meeting new clients, learning about their mission and digging into how Salesforce can support their organization's objectives. Twenty-five years in IT has shown me that the right technical solution can play a transformational role in an organization. There is nothing more rewarding than identifying that solution and seeing it unfold as the project progresses. I have found this to be especially true for nonprofits and educational institutions given the unique challenges of the industry.

Ivelisse Ramos

James Milne

Job Titles:
  • SOLUTION DESIGNER
I found my way to working with nonprofits in my early 40's. I started with volunteering and worked up to becoming the Salesforce Admin for the Funds Development team. My favorite part of working with nonprofits has been the constant opportunity to grow, learn, and help others. Helping others achieve their goals has got to be one of the most satisfying things on the planet. That is what led me to joining the leadership team of my local Salesforce nonprofit user's group.

For all of my adult life, I have worked or volunteered at a nonprofit, service organization. At KELL I enjoy the challenges of working with a variety of organizations that invest in lives and missions all over the world. Whether it's an educational organization, one that uses the arts to help children establish healthy lives or an organization that provides medical care after a major disaster, I love the satisfaction that at the end of the day, I was able to help someone. That's why I entered the nonprofit world in the first place. Prior to KELL, I had the pleasure of helping to start an international disaster relief and community development organization. With a very small staff, we were always seeking ways to save time so that we would be free to think more about moving the organization forward and ultimately serving more people. Salesforce became a central part of my job and a hub for internal and external communications.
