Amish serves on a variety of boards and committees and is especially passionate about supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. Amish holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Amish Shah joins Kem Krest after graduating from Indiana University. (Amish began his career in an outside sales position, becoming manager of the Quality Department by 1997, and President by 2000.) Amish Shah purchases Kem Krest from KIK with 175,000 square feet of warehouse space at 4 locations, employing 35 full time associates.

Mark Turner - CFO

Mark has extensive automotive and steel industry experience through various financial roles at Ford Motor Company, Visteon, and Neo Industries. Most recently, he spent 14 years at Neo Industries, an industrial surface technology company servicing steel and aluminum manufacturing. While there, Mark held roles of increasing responsibility, starting as Corporate Controller, and eventually becoming Executive Vice President, US Operations & CFO, where he was responsible for the leadership of all US operations and global financial results. Mark was also instrumental in the start-up of several international business ventures, including in Saudi Arabia, India, and Europe. Mark is a graduate of Taylor University, with a BS in Economics and Information Systems and holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Marty Brown

Marty is an entrepreneurial commercial leader, serving in transformation, sales, and marketing leadership roles across multiple industries. Most recently, he spent eight years at a middle market family office, serving LDI, Ltd. portfolio companies in the medical and industrial manufacturing industries. He drove revenue growth via internal transformation projects and data-driven go-to-market strategies. Marty began his career as an analyst at Deloitte Consulting and has founded two businesses. He graduated from Wabash College and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Pedro Lerena - COO

Pedro brings significant diverse global supply chain and logistics experience to Kem Krest. He spent 25 years at Caterpillar, holding roles of increasing leadership responsibility across Europe, the US, and Asia. Most recently, Pedro led a multi-site US division of GXO (former XPO Logistics) including Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Multiclient Fulfilment, Retail, and Omni Channel e-Commerce Distribution. While at GXO, he successfully launched multiple green-field start-ups, automated fulfillment centers, and led operations to world-class performance levels. Pedro is a 6 Sigma Certified Project Sponsor, an ISO 9000 Certified Internal Auditor, and Kaizen Certified. Pedro has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in law from Alcalá de Henares University, Madrid, Spain.

Sarah Barnhart - CHRO

Sarah joined Kem Krest in 2022. Before joining Kem Krest, she held roles of increasing responsibility in supply chain management, operations, regulatory affairs, and human resources over 19 years at Stryker Corporation. Transitioning into human resources over 10 years ago, she has held leadership roles across a broad spectrum of HR functions. Sarah is a graduate of Indiana University, with a BS in Marketing and Management from the Kelley School of Business, and holds an MBA from Michigan State University.
