Ken prides himself on listening to client needs and then completing projects on time and on budget. He has specialized in building homes in the local area, and he understands the complex state and town building codes and requirements. Ken believes that communications with the customer is critical and always returns messages. Ken received his BS in Engineering from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI, and lives in the Portsmouth area of Rhode Island with his wife and three children... Over 65 homes built on Aquidneck Island and coastal area in Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts. KenKo Builders, Inc. has been building and renovating custom homes since 1986.
