She spent six years as a legislative aide in the state assembly and state senate leaving to join the lobbying firm of Martin Schreiber & Associates in 1993. During her 17 years (three as a partner) with Martin Schreiber & Associates, Kelly helped clients achieve their objectives in the tax, environmental, regulatory, education, insurance and public policy areas... Kelly served on the Dane County Board of Supervisors for six years, including two years as Vice-Chair of the Board and four years as Chair of the Health and Human Needs Committee.
