Clair-Ann Kennedy - COO

Clair-Ann is an Industrial Engineer trained at the University of the West Indies and holds a MBA from Florida International University. She joined the KENCASA team in 2009 and is responsible for the management of the non-construction aspects of the business including Industrial Relations, Marketing & Sales, Contract Management, Procurement and overseeing the financial management of projects. Her career began with the Mechala Group management group of companies, now the ICD group, where she worked in the areas of construction and manufacturing. However, it was her experience working with PricewaterhouseCoopers, that helped her to develop her expertise and certification in the areas of project management and strategic planning.

Kirk Kennedy - CEO, President

Kirk has a diverse background that spans over a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors. With over 20 years of professional experience in building and civil engineering construction. He has built everything from bridges to large scale housing developments. Prior to starting KENCASA, Kirk served as Project Engineer & Project Manager at West Indies Home Contractors (WIHCON). He holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine (Honours) and a Master in Business Administration from Pace University in New York where he majored in Strategic Management and Finance. Kirk is also a certified Project Manager. He brings his passion and expertise to every KENCASA project, striving to create spaces that nurture peace and comfort within the human spirit.
