Ann Wickens

Job Titles:
  • Administrative Assistant
With a dynamic and outgoing personality, Ann is just the person to oversee the front office operations at Keymark. A native of Vermillion County, she started her career working in local government including positions with the Vermillion County Courthouse and Auditor's Office. She joined the Keymark team in Summer 2023. When she's not working, Ann enjoys spending time with her husband Troy and her son Lane. A proud Mom, Ann is super close with her son, who attends ISU and will pursue a degree in education. Ann's a self proclaimed "book freak" who loves to read. She also enjoys kayaking, traveling and spending time with her girlfriends.

Craig Stump

Working in construction for over 35 years, Craig joined the Keymark team in the fall of 2023. His background is in both residential and commercial carpentry. When he's not working, Craig enjoys riding his Harley Davidson - he proudly owns six! He is both a father and grandfather, Craig has three kids and five grandkids! He is married to his wife, Tina.

Drew Shafer

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Drew joined the team at Keymark in the fall of 2023, serving as a Project Manager on the Commercial side of the business. A native of Greencastle, he brings 25 years of experience in construction management, primarily in residential and real estate development. He'll use his vast experience and perspective in his new role. An avid musician, Drew spends his time outside of work performing with local and national acts, including an up-and-coming artist out of Nashville and Terre Haute's popular Tommy Kelly Band. Drew says most weekends you can find him at a gig. Drew and his wife Tammy have two adult children, Clark and Payton. The family also has two rescue Huskies, Houston and Rocky.

Jack Keimig

Jack is a recent graduate from Indiana State University where he double majored in Construction Management and Architectural Engineering Technology. He will be working as a Project Engineer, gaining experience on-site with subcontractors and clients. When he's not working Jack is outdoors as much as possible. He also enjoys spending time playing with his newly adopted puppy, and trying out recipes for dinner.

Jacob Hellmann P. - President

Jacob is responsible for all aspects of the company including development planning, pre-construction, contract negotiation, cost control and client relationships. Prior to joining Keymark, Jacob worked for Duke Realty Corporation as a Construction Project Manager. While at Duke, Jacob managed various medical, office, retail and industrial projects. Many of these projects were in excess of $40 million and located throughout the state of Ohio. Jacob is a Licensed Professional Engineer and also an Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED). Jacob earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton. Owner Jacob Hellmann and his wife Stefanie met in engineering classes in college and chose to build their life in Jacob's hometown of Terre Haute. He attended Terre Haute South High School and then the University of Dayton. After gaining work experience he chose Terre Haute as the place to open a business. The couple, who both hold degrees in engineering, launched Keymark from a small one room office.

Jordan Davidson - VP

Job Titles:
  • Vice President
A native of Marshall, IL, Jordan serves as Vice President at Keymark. His responsibilities include all aspects of financial management, reporting and risk management. He also leads the efforts in budgeting, forecasting, cost controls and benefits administration. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Harding University. Prior to joining Keymark, Jordan worked as a staff accountant at White Construction and BKD, LLP. When he's not analyzing spreadsheets, Jordan and his wife Loramy, stay busy with their four children. As a family, the Davidson's are active with their local church which provides serving opportunities in the community. Jordan has served on the board of directors of Camp Wabashi since 2009, serving two terms as President of the board. Jordan remains involved in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), the United Way Of The Wabash Valley's Real Men Read Program and has been a saxophone player in the Marshall Community Band since 1998 while also serving on its board as Vice-President.

Karen Adams

Job Titles:
  • Project Coordinator
Karen assists with construction-phase documentation, logistics, and is a liaison between all who are connected with Keymark's residential projects. Prior to joining Keymark in 2018, Karen worked for Indiana State University for 14 years. This included work for its Educational Leadership Department, Army ROTC, Faculty Senate, and Instructional & Information Technology. Karen is a native of Terre Haute. She earned a baccalaureate degree in Adult and Career Education through the Department of Human Resource Development & Performance Technologies (HRDPT) at Indiana State. In her free time, she is an avid gardener, artist, and member of the Terre Haute Rotary Club, Omicron Delta Kappa national leadership honor society, and is a member of the 12 Points Revitalization Initiative.

Stefanie Hellmann

Stefanie is responsible for employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. Prior to joining Keymark, Stefanie worked for Honda Engineering North America as an Engineer. She supported eight of Honda's Paint Departments throughout North America, Canada and Mexico. Stefanie earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton. Stefanie currently serves on the School Commission at St. Patrick School of the Terre Haute Deanery.

William "Willie" Wyres

Job Titles:
  • Senior Superintendent
Willie is responsible for all aspects of the field construction process including site supervision, scheduling, safety, quality control, and overall coordination of field operations. He has worked in the Greater Terre Haute Area for 40 years overseeing residential and light commercial projects. Projects have included full residential subdivisions, multiple restaurants, Greek housing, and multifamily construction. The experience Willie provides is essential when the owner is looking for value engineering options. These cost savings are achieved through his comprehensive knowledge of alternate products and construction techniques. Willie serves on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Greater Terre Haute.
