Their family-owned parent company, Kessler GmbH, was founded in Southern Germany in 1897. For a company profile, click here. For their current fourth generation President, Siegfried Kessler, it had become obvious in 1995 that to serve the markets in the Western Hemisphere and beyond, Kessler needed a U.S. subsidiary. In 1996, Kessler America opened their regional sales office and distribution center on the outskirts of Atlanta, Georgia.
