Jennifer Baglio

Graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science degree. She received her Certified Public Accountant license in 1991. Jennifer worked with a CPA firm in Atlanta, Georgia primarily performing audits of non-profit corporations. Her responsibilities included managing other staff accountants, while performing audits and other financial and tax services for non-profit corporations. Jennifer has been with Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. since 1994, and achieved partner status in 1999. Her responsibilities at the firm include various financial and tax services, as well as accounting software support and personal financial planning. Jennifer is a certified Quickbook Specialist. She also is an Accountants Network Premier Advisor for Peachtree by Sage. She is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.

Michael Kincaid

Graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Certified Public Accountant license in 1976. Michael was a controller for Imperial House Motels and numerous related businesses. He was responsible for all financial reporting of the company and managed an office staff of approximately 20 people. Michael established the firm, Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. with his partner William Forsthoefel on October 1st, 1977. His responsibilities at Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. include acting as tax partner of the firm, as well as providing accounting, consulting and tax services for a number of businesses and individuals throughout the country. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.

William Forsthoefel

Graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Certified Public Accountant license in 1976. William worked with a CPA firm in Dayton, Ohio, primarily performing accounting and tax services for a number of companies located in Ohio. His responsibilities included financial statement preparation and tax preparation and performance of company audits. William established the firm Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. with his partner Michael Kincaid on October 1st, 1977. He also served as treasurer of the Hearing and Speech Center of Montgomery County, Ohio for six years. For twelve years Bill served as the church accountant for St. Albert the Great Parish. Bill has also served as the treasurer for The Community Association Institute of Ohio Valley, a homeowner association education and support organization. His responsibilities at Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. include serving as managing partner of the firm, as well as providing accounting, consulting and tax services for a number of businesses and individuals throughout the country. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.
