Koch's facilities include 4 plants with approximately 65,000 sq. ft. of shop area. Koch's main plant at 511 Jarvis Ave has 34,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space which includes Laser cutting, CNC turret punching, CNC braking, CNC rolling and CNC tube bending capabilities. Koch has an 11,000 sq. ft. shop dedicated to CWB Certified welding which has 12 work stations. This shop offers full MIG, TIG and resistance welding capabilities and is equipped with fume extraction arms, air make-up unit and bulk gas delivery system to meet your toughest welding demands. A 5,600 sq. ft. shop houses our CNC machining equipment as well as a small heat treating oven. Koch also has a 5,600 sq. ft. warehouse for storing finished and WIP parts. We have extensive knowledge and experience in Kanban and JIT direct supply chain processing and have been trained in Lean Manufacturing.
