Kho & Lee Property Group was established in 2004, bringing them to their current street address of Harris Street, Ultimo. The agency began with just two experienced agents at the helm, including multi-award winning, "People's Agent of Choice", Patricia Kho. In the space of a few years, the agency established itself as one of Sydney's premier real estate firms, offering tailored and strategic property services, cutting edge marketing and transparent advice... In 2006, Co-Director, Tom Lee, joined the agency after an extensive career as one of Australand's most senior property consultants. His knowledge and expertise brought a wealth of experience to the agency's property management team. Then, between 2008 and 2009, the agency, which had formally been known as Elders Real Estate Pyrmont, became an independent boutique agency under the leadership of Patricia Kho and Tom Lee.
