Brittany McGregor is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2018. She attended college at UC Santa Barbara and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and a minor in Education. She then attended UC San Francisco where she obtained her RN and PNP licenses, a Master of Science in Nursing, and minored in diabetes. Brittany has experience working with families and children of all ages in various capacities including tutoring, substitute teaching, coaching, and giving swim lessons. Prior to joining the practice she worked at a pediatric clinic in the Bay Area as a triage nurse and as a PNP at another local practice here in Sacramento. She loves working with the entire family as a unit, with a focus on health education and prevention, to best serve her pediatric patients. In her spare time Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. She loves spending time outdoors, gardening, and trying new foods and restaurants around Sacramento.
Larry Nutting, MD is a board certified pediatrician. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed a pediatrics residency at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center's Miller Children's Hospital Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System(SVMHS). While there he founded and served as Medical Director of SVMHS Newborn Hearing Screening Program. He also served as Chair of the Pediatrics Program. Dr. Nutting enjoys general pediatrics with interests in respiratory disease and dermatology. He is married with three children and enjoys golf and fly fishing.

Lauren Wilson is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who joined us at PMA in 2012. She studied nursing at Yale University, receiving her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in pediatric primary care in 2012. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. Lauren is driven by her background in public health, which emphasizes health promotion, prevention, and health education. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, and is an avid painter and hiker.
Nancy Zepf, MD received her MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine. She did her fellowship at Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C. In addition to general pediatrics, she trained in the field of pediatric hematology and oncology, while caring full-time for her own children. She believes working as a pediatrician is a joy and a privilege, and after a few years in Portland, Oregon she is delighted to be back in Sacramento where she lived for 20 years She has many hobbies, but her current favorites are West Coast Swing and speaking French with her cousin in Lyon.
Richard Gould, MD is a board certified pediatrician who earned his M.D. at the University of New Mexico and graduated with honors. Dr. Gould completed his residency at the University of California, Davis, and taught other residents and medical students as Chief Resident there, before entering private practice. He also served as Chief of Staff for Pediatrics at Sutter Memorial Hospital and Division Chief at Mercy General Hospital. Special interests include child development and behavior. He has four children and feels that parenting has added to his understanding of pediatrics.
Richard Lloren, MD is a board certified pediatrician. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of San Francisco and his MD from the University of California Davis. Dr. Lloren's training was completed at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Dr. Lloren is a general pediatrician but is particularly interested in taking care of children with pulmonary disease. Leisure activities include boating, golf, and painting.
Satya Mantripragada, MD is a board certified pediatrician. She is also PALS certified and member of AAP. She received her M.D. at the NTR University of Health Sciences- Rangaraya Medical College, India. She did her pediatric residency program at the Maimonides Infants and Children's Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. After her residency, she worked as a pediatrician in both North and South Carolina for 6 years, and joined our practice in Sacramento, California in March of 2018. Dr.Mantripragada enjoys general Pediatrics with special interest in respiratory diseases, newborn and infant health. She is a mom of two girls, loves to spend time with her family, watch movies and travel.
