After obtaining a degree in Journalism from Georgetown, Caroline spent time in DC working at various government and Washington DC-based firms focused on policy analysis and communications. As an Associate at Kirk Palmer Associates, Caroline leverages her journalism background, her prior search experience and passion for retail, fashion and beauty to identify top talent and work to understand each client and candidate story. In 2013 she joined Walmart.com's in-house executive recruiting group, where she focused on recruiting talent at the VP and above level, across the entire eCommerce business. Courtney specializes in "finding needles in haystacks."
