Erin is proud to be the Vice President of Operations at Ladera Lending- it is a great organization that is committed to its employees and community. Erin started her career in the mortgage industry 20 years ago. Beginning in an entry level position, her work ethic and attention to detail quickly saw her move into a management position. In the years that followed, Erin has run National Operations for medium and large sized lenders. Having worked in nearly every operational position has left Erin with a true understanding of the opportunities and challenges with mortgages, and a commitment to deliver a best-in-class experience for our loan officers and borrowers. She has a passion for building and leading operations teams. Erin's expertise and experience combined with her commitment to people have her in a position to deliver a best-in-class operations experience to Ladera Lending and its customers. When Erin is not in the office, you will find her spending time with her husband and three sons.

Robert Brown - President

Robert bought his first home when he was 18 years old. He understood at an early age that Real Estate is the best way to establish wealth. He was fascinated by the loan process, and he was convinced that more people need to understand the process of homeownership. After college, he became a Loan Officer with a fresh approach. He taught people how mortgages fit into their entire financial picture including debt, taxes, cash flow and investments. This was wildly successful, and he was promoted to Sales Manager, Division Manager, then VP within two years. Owning his first company at the age of 29, he trained his Loan Officers to focus on the client's best interest. They were Trusted Advisors, rather than salespeople. This approach created long time employees and lifetime clients. After the mortgage crash, Robert started a Ladera Lending in his hometown of Ladera Ranch, CA where he lives with his wife and two children. It was supposed to be a small lender focusing on local business, but that was not the case. Robert had built a reputation of integrity and creating successful careers. When he started in Ladera, dozens of the top Mortgage Minds in Orange County sought out this new venture. Robert has now recruited the very best management team available and made Ladera Lending a national powerhouse lender!

Scott is always forward-thinking and continually works to put the team and Ladera Lending in the best position to succeed. He has a passion for developing his teams and driving a company culture that is focused on our employees and the customer experience. Scott was the co-founder of a small mortgage broker that he grew to a national, full-service mortgage banker. He has played key roles in senior leadership for national Consumer Direct platforms. Throughout his career, he has taken the same approach- focus on hard work, drive efficiency, and create a family-oriented culture. This same approach is what has made Ladera Lending successful.

Scott Hemp

Scott is an experienced mortgage professional with a successful career in lending, business development, and administration for over 25 years. Scott has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the origination process. Scott is an expert at finding the best loan program that fits the goals of his clients. He takes the time to listen to his client's needs and then structures a loan program to best fits those needs. He also works with new buyers that may be struggling to qualify for a new home purchase loan based on income, credit and available down payment issues. He helps them build a comprehensive road map with changes that need to be made so they can qualify to buy a new home in the future. Scott works and lives in Ladera Ranch with his wife Alisha and their three boys, Micah, Ethan, and Brendan. He is very active in the community serving as Ladera Ranch Little League's Umpire in Chief for the last 7 years.
