Charlie King, Founder and Chairman of King Industrial Realty, has extensive negotiating skills and market knowledge. He founded King Industrial Realty in 1980, choosing to focus on industrial real estate. At that time, he implemented the first industrial real estate database in Atlanta. From an initial start with two agents, the company has grown to over 30 agents, representing one of the largest industrial brokerage companies in Atlanta. In 1987, Charlie was one of the founding members of CORFAC International, an international network of independent brokerage firms throughout the world widening the reach of King Industrial Realty both Nationally and Internationally. He has served on the board of directors, the executive committee and President of CORFAC International. Having worked on many notable assignments over the years, Sim has twice won the coveted Alvin B. Cates Award for The Most Outstanding Transaction of the Year presented annually by The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. The second time he won this award in 2021, he produced another opportunity for the film industry with a creative plan to access and to develop a land site at the juncture of I-285 and I-675 that had been dormant for many years. Steve has been active in leasing and sales of commercial and industrial properties since 1984. He has focused in industrial real estate since joining King in 1993 as an Associate Broker where he has represented such clients as TDK, Illinois Tool Works, Atlanta Computer Group and Atlanta Brush Co. For his clients, Steve handles property disposition, site and building acquisition, tenant representation, landlord representation, build-to-suit coordination and consulting services.

Tommy joined King Industrial Realty in March 2023 as an Associate. He is currently partnering with some of King's top producing agents in order to develop leads and foster client relationships. Tommy is also developing his property listing and deal portfolio and will be focused on tenant representation, leasing/selling of industrial properties, land acquisitions and investment sales with an emphasis on the I-85 North and I-20 East corridors and the surrounding metro area. Tommy draws from his unique background having lived in Asia, being a high school football coach and special educator, and working with both fortune 500 and high tech start ups to serve his clients and help them achieve their goals. In his spare time, he enjoys watching an Auburn game, serving at his church, Gospel Hope Church, or spending time with his family. Currently, he and his wife have a 1-year-old baby boy.

Wilson Covington, Senior Vice President and Partner, has been an associate of King Industrial Realty for the last 16 years focusing exclusively on industrial sales and leasing, while representing national and regional tenants. Wilson Covington has been an associate of King Industrial Realty for the last 16 years. Over these last 16+ years he has focused exclusively on industrial sales and leasing, represented national and regional tenants such as Tie Down Engineering, Sun Trust Bank, Southway Crane, Pioneer Concrete, Price and Sons Demolition, HM Wallace and Atlanta Beverage, as well as local and national landlords such as Colony Financial, First Industrial Realty Trust, Cobalt Capital Partners, Prologis and RACO General Contractors. Wilson has established himself as a prolific industrial broker, managing transactions ranging from several thousand square feet to several hundred thousand square feet. He has extensive knowledge of the Fulton Industrial District and the surrounding Atlanta sub markets. Prior to joining King, he served as Vice President of Acquisition & Development for Pinnacle Southeastern. While with Pinnacle Southeastern, his responsibilities included "ground up" development & disposition of over $80 million dollars' worth of self-storage facilities throughout the United States. Mr. Covington is a 1995 Graduate of Western Kentucky University and the Ford Business College.
