It's been an adventurous life for Berenice Carranza Munson, who joined Kinetic in 2018. She was born in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and at age 5, her family moved to Chicago, where she also earned a degree in Integrated Communications in Advertising from Roosevelt University.
During a youth trip to Australia, Berenice met her-husband-to-be from Billings, and moved here in 2011. Her role as a project manager connects her with many great clients and members of our strategic and creative team. She was the education program coordinator at Yellowstone Art Museum before joining KMC.
Caroline is creative, passionate and committed to jobs well done - whether for her Kinetic clients and family, her relationships, her health or her long list of hobbies. A recent transplant from Los Angeles, and our newest Account Director, she brings with her all of these qualities as well as over a decade of agency experience. She also has a degree in fashion from Savannah College of Art and Design which translates well into offering a high level of aesthetic appreciation to Kinetic clients in everything from brand development, website design, campaign strategy to small- and large-scale interior display build outs. Caroline says, "It's my job to understand my clients and their goals, put forth innovative ideas and execute creative strategies to drive their business."
Since launching Kinetic in 2007 from her heart and the living room of her Billings home, Dana Pulis has focused on moving businesses forward through creative marketing communications. Her intense focus has produced amazing results for a long list of local, regional and national clients. That focus has allowed her to dramatically grow her company, which has doubled in size since 2016.
Dana is a nationally-known marketing expert. She's an award-winning writer, accomplished public speaker and respected business leader. She recruits top pros - account directors and project managers looking for the next challenge, and designers and writers looking to push their creative boundaries.
Senior Project Manager Erika Crowe has been successfully coordinating challenging projects for Kinetic clients since joining our team in 2014. Customers involved in energy services, adventure travel, transportation, retail and many other industries have benefited from her strong marketing, communication and organizational skills.
"I'm a bit of a perfectionist," she says. "That ensures that our projects are always moving ahead and our deadlines are met." Her work at Disney, Marriott, The Billings Gazette, SXSW and other companies, prepared her for the Kinetic challenge. She has been key to the development of several websites and newsletters for firms needing Kinetic's expertise.
Though sci-fi fantasy novels, nerdy movies and her Etsy shop are passions of Gabby Althoff, her primary focus has been producing engaging, brand-centric marketing design. In a return to her hometown of Billings, she joined Kinetic in June 2019 as a designer. She had been in Bozeman for five years before that as a designer and social media specialist for Cat® Workwear, the men's and women's clothing company that captures the quality and reputation for excellence of Caterpillar heavy equipment. She produced catalogs from concept to print, lookbooks, blueprints and other print materials, and ran all social media accounts and was on the website team. She's a graduate of Montana State University Bozeman.
Kinetic has customers in every time zone from coast to coast. Account Director Janell Larson has lived in every one. That's a cool coincidence. But it is no coincidence that she's here. Her skills in marketing in major metro markets provides the expertise that our clients demand.
Before joining Kinetic in 2016, Janell was regional marketing program manager for Whole Foods Market in the Pacific Northwest. Based in the Seattle area, she crafted marketing strategies and put her English degree to work across many channels, such as digital ads, print ads, radio spots, in-store collateral and décor.
"I am a listener, advocate, liaison and brand standards hawk," she says.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Jarrod brings an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for design, a sense of curiosity and overflowing creativity to the Kinetic Team. His extensive experience includes website design and development, brand creation/management, animation, photography/videography, editing and more.
As Senior Graphic Designer, he believes every detail matters and that nothing is more rewarding or exciting than to see ideas come to life.
The creative skills of Josh Wirth have been seen around the world connecting clients with customers. His L.A.-to-Florida career reveals great range, from designing Warner Bros. packages for such global movie hits as "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" to creating marketing materials for First Interstate Bank branches across the West.
"I love everything about the creative process," he says. Since joining Kinetic in 2015, his collection of Addy Awards for project direction, design and photography grows more impressive. Clients such as EBMS, Frontier Asset Management and Loenbro Motorsports rave about his gifted work and insightful leadership.

Kelsea Schreiner has helped many companies and organizations identify and embrace marketing strategies to boost their business and lift their sales. As an account director starting in 2007, She worked with a long list of clients - national companies, regional enterprises and local firms and nonprofits. Since 2016, she's been our strategic director. In 2021, she became a partner.
Kelsea understands market trends, digital analytics, and how to manage team projects. She's led the development of websites, video productions and photo shoots to help clients connect with customers, employees and prospective employees. She's a Certified Usability Analyst and received her MBA from the University of Montana in 2018.
At Kinetic, we do great things for clients because we work so well as a team. That's why Kendra Porrello, our administrative assistant, is such a great member of our staff.
She grew up in Bismarck, N.D., and earned a B.A. in English and minored in business at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colo. She also played college soccer, adding more years to her career in team sports.
Her work in sales at a health-food store and as a motel manager taught her "the value of customer service and how to manage multiple demands at the same time." At Kinetic, which she joined 2017, she says her role is to "help everyone do their job to the best of their ability."
Coordinating the production of more than 100 special projects a year for the region's largest newspaper is a tough assignment. Linsay Foley handled it confidently, quietly and consistently for several years at The Billings Gazette. Since 2016, she has focused her exceptional organizational and communication skills to help her clients and teammates at Kinetic.
As a project manager, she works with many of our dynamic customers, who depend on her unparalleled skills to guide important marketing and communication projects. Her colleagues appreciate her attention to detail and ability to juggle many tasks successfully. She thrives in our fast-paced world, inspired by "awesome clients and a great team."
A graduate of Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Business Administration with a marketing emphasis, Natalie brings the perfect skill set to Kinetic as our Operations Manager. In addition to her brilliance and academic accomplishments, she also offers the right experience having been responsible for the overall management of the financial operations of a local family dentistry for nearly 20 years.
She loves languages, adventure and travel. She loves to explore new perspectives and learn about diverse life experiences. Those are terrific qualities for a copywriter, and Paula Frisby puts them to work for clients every day. Her decade of experience in marketing and proposal management in the architecture/engineering industry adds even more insight.
She's excelled at copywriting for years, but with Kinetic clients, "I get to be more creative than ever before. In many ways, this is cultural tourism as I learn about incredible companies that we get to work with on a deep level." Paula, from Casper, Wyoming, earned a BA in Spanish at the University of Wyoming, where she also did graduate studies in Communications/Marketing.

Pierce Heska-McJannet is a data-driven marketer, and believes that "every decision should be based off of data." He brings a passion for digital marketing to Kinetic as our digital specialist. He's from Regina, Saskatchewan, and earned a degree in Business Marketing at the University of Oregon.
He has expertise in marketing automation, inbound marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, demand generation and other areas. His automated campaigns deliver actionable data to help clients create better campaigns. He works to increase customer engagement on a number of platforms.

It all began with a father-son fly-fishing trip at 16 years old, and Rob was hooked on Montana. Growing up in Annapolis, Maryland, it took a little while for him to make his way here for good. But in the meantime, he graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Magazine Journalism, held a variety of editorial positions across the country and worked as a freelance web developer for companies large and small, ranging from startups to international corporations like Visa, The Nature Conservancy, and Levi Strauss & Co.
He still loves to fish - and hunt, work magic in the kitchen… and he's an artist. All of this experience, worldliness and creativity means that Rob is an incredible Kinetic talent and invaluable asset to the team and our clients.

Rochelle grew up in Bozeman and Billings and attended the University of Montana and MSU Billings, focusing on Liberal Studies and Communications. Her experience in TV and radio advertising, doing everything from writing copy to scheduling, is an invaluable asset for our team.
