Kahramanmaraş K ğıt Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi was established in 1988 in Kahramanmaraş. The production of corrugated paper was started at the end of 1989 with a PM I paper machine with a capacity of 40,000 metric tons/year. The factory was built on an area of 200,000 m², 30,000 m² of which was indoors, on the road to Gaziantep. In 1997, gray board production was also started with the commissioning of the PM II paper machine. In the same year, the modernization investment of the PM I paper machine both improved the quality and increased the total capacity to 150,000 metric tons/year. With the improvement and modernization works carried out on both PM I and PM II lines in the following years, the capacity of the plant reached 220,000 metric tons/year...
