He hasn't shown up to a team meeting in costume yet, but for years Barry Robb was an actor playing an alien in Star Trek: The Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton.
After leaving the stage, Barry honed his skills in every aspect of digital marketing and management. Prior to joining KLA Group in 2022, Barry directed marketing for hundreds of companies, ran two enterprise eCommerce companies, built marketing teams, and mentored. He is a veritable Swiss Army knife for clients who value his direct, efficient work ethic.
He no longer performs as an alien, but you might hear him talking about one on the geek news podcast he co-hosts. Barry has a long-term girlfriend and a cat.
Self-proclaimed tech whiz Bill Lee enjoys spending his free time fixing, testing, and playing with the latest technology. He uses his hobby as a platform to bring clients "a little extra" when they work with KLA.
When he's not spreading tech-based joy, Bill's role at KLA includes managing KLA operations, heading up the lead generation client implementation team, sales and sales compensation consulting. Bill joined as vice president in 2000, bringing a background in accounting, systems analysis, and management in the IT, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries. This gives him a unique perspective he uses to serve KLA's clients.
And don't worry, he takes plenty of breaks from screen time for travel, sports, and craftsmanship.

If you need a recommendation for a new cuisine to try, or are looking for the best salsa, ask Cathy McKinley.
With KLA Group since 2016, Cathy brings an extensive career in marketing, journalism, and sales to KLA Group. She loves to delight clients by ensuring campaigns maximize their number of qualified leads. Using her excellent sales listening and questioning skills, Cathy enjoys learning more about clients' passions, personalities, and priorities, which she captures in the content she develops.
Cathy is a loving, dedicated parent and grandparent (three children, four grandchildren!) who also enjoys travel and hiking.

Given her love of photography, it's no surprise Colleen Casey prefers being behind the camera, not in front of it. She brings this same desire for a creative behind-the-scenes role to her work with our clients as a content marketing strategist.
You may not see her in meetings, but Colleen works closely with consultants and freelancers to develop compelling articles, emails, and assets. Previously a writer and editor, Colleen relies on those experiences to plan content and develop resources that strengthen the quality of content KLA Group delivers to clients. She's always up for a challenge and ready to breathe fresh life into a topic with unique angles.
If she isn't out exploring with her camera, you can find her nose deep in a history book, traveling to visit her large extended family, working out, or baking.
Kristin is the first to admit CrossFit has taken over her weekends. It's not surprising that constantly varied exercise appeals to her - Kristin has thrived in positions where she "does it all."
With KLA Group since 2017, her roles have encompassed a little bit of everything - from strategic planning to implementation. As a StoryBrand Certified Guide and marketing consultant, she helped companies grow their footprint and visibility in their markets. Kristin now leads the marketing consultant and technical digital marketing teams. She oversees strategy, website development, SEO, content development, email campaigns, implementation, and more.
When she isn't hitting the gym, Kristin loves traveling and getting outdoors with her husband and teenager.
Like her after-work activities, Lisa's career spans a breadth of experiences. She started in real estate with her own property management business. That entrepreneurial spirit didn't leave when Lisa switched to marketing. She worked her way up from the trenches to serving as a CMO and director of marketing. At the same time, Lisa ran a marketing and growth consulting firm. Throughout, she worked with business owners, authors, celebrities, and experts.
Around sunset, you might catch her taking in the view with a nice glass of wine. Lisa has 3 kids, 2 rescue cats, and 1 rescue dog.
With a sales career old enough to drink legally in the United States, Lynn Hidy has been coaching and training salespeople since 2005.
As a certified KLA sales trainer since 2013, Lynn teaches and coaches prospecting and sales process. She is passionate about inside sales and shares actionable, confidence-boosting prospecting strategies with business owners and sales people alike, helping them realize that they, too, can be successful in new business development.
A joyful woman fueled by black coffee and hoppy beer, Lynn is an adrenaline junky obsessed with downhill skiing, reciting the mantra, "I ski like a girl - fast and aggressive!"
From snowboarding to wakeboarding, hiking, traveling, going to concerts, and hitting the gym, Nicole Rucker is the embodiment of an active lifestyle.
Her vivacious energy carries over to her work. Clients appreciate her friendly personality and leadership on marketing strategy, development, and implementation. Nicole joined KLA in 2021, bringing digital marketing experience centered on content and website development. Nicole is a key consultant on website-related projects, where her expertise and insights are equally valued by clients and colleagues. Having earned double bachelor's degrees in marketing and management, Nicole brings fresh, innovative ideas to her clients.

Check for Steffi Paskow at your next USTA event. She is an avid doubles tennis player, playing regularly in different leagues.
She puts that competitive spirit to work for clients, helping them grow and succeed. Steffi has been a sales coach and consultant for over 25 years, with experience in many industries, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Steffi joined KLA Group in 2020, and her expertise in sales and sales management combined with her action-oriented coaching approach allows her to work with clients in a productive and meaningful way.
Steffi enjoys life to the fullest. She is blessed with a wonderful family and her precious Maltipoo, Tesla.
