Mike Donohue

Job Titles:
  • Owner
  • President / Employment
Mike started the original company, Visual Concepts Plus, in 1990 with his father and cousin. Over the years the company has been forced to adapt to changing market conditions and economic cycles. Mike's degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University laid the foundation for both problem solving and functional design that allowed the company not only to survive, but to thrive. Because of this, Mike brings a unique vision to kitchen and bath design. Every space is different and so is every client. The challenge and the satisfaction come from developing the best solution for each client. Everything starts with function and includes good space planning with an eye to the aesthetic. Of course, it all has to be done while adhering to the budget. At the end of the day, the best designed kitchen or bath is one that works great, looks great and fits the budget. This driving principle will be found in the work of all of our designers and staff.
