Kira Entertainment, LLC was founded in 2009 and is based in Portland, Oregon USA. We specialize in media distribution of niche market entertainment programming... Kira Entertainment, LLC is an importer of high-quality Japanese animation and live-action broadcast programs. Kira is presently seeking to obtain rights to distribute a large number of programs in the United States, Kira's focus is on this niche market which is not served by the larger distribution companies. At present, programs like these are rarely, if ever, seen on U.S. television. Kira Entertainment believes, however, that there is a substantial market in the United States for such Japanese content. Kira plans to implement distribution of programs from Japan to affiliate and independent television stations and networks as well as sales of these programs on DVD and via online video on demand. Kira Entertainment will provide dubbing services for its programs if required to present them in English.
