Christian Fahrig

Christian Fahrig brings eight (8) years of experience to his role as Senior Associate Attorney at the Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller. Christian graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. An experienced Central Florida attorney, he has focused his practice primarily on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and general civil litigation, including probate litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Earlier is his career, Christian handled various real estate matters including foreclosures, evictions, and financing, as well as homeowner and condominium association disputes. Christian is available to assist new clients and existing clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust matters, guardianship and litigation. In his free time Christian enjoys music, soccer, exploring and enjoying Florida and beyond.

Heather C. Kirson - CEO

Heather C. Kirson is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney. She specializes in Medicaid Asset Protection Planning, VA Benefits, Guardianship, Probate, Trust Administration and Special Needs Trusts. Heather is a VA Accredited Attorney and is currently the Secretary of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys (AFELA). Heather is the former Co-Chair of the Medicaid Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and Co-Chair of the Orange County Bar Association's Elder Law Committee. Heather's legal experience is enhanced by her prior career in Geriatric Care Management. As an associate Geriatric Care Manager, she assisted elders and their families in securing Medicaid Benefits and VA Benefits to pay for long-term care. Heather understands the sensitive issues facing elders and their families. Her experience and understanding enhance her ability to properly analyze your legal issues, and offer you individualized strategic legal advice.

Kate L. Wakeman

Kate Wakeman is admitted to practice in Florida. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and criminal justice from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. Kate then went on to earn her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. During law school, Kate competed in moot court and earned several awards, including Best Brief at the American Bar Association's National Appellate Advocacy Regional Competition and fourth place brief at the Moot Court National Championship. She interned at the Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller as a law clerk and returned to the Firm after graduation.
