Amy H. Besser is an associate in the Estate Administration Department. She received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1978, with a concentration in accounting. After an internship at an accounting firm in Philadelphia, Amy attended Rutgers School of Law - Newark. She was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in December 1981.

Andrea Wilson

Daniella Ahdout Horn

Daniella is an attorney in the Estate Administration Department. She graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law as a Dean's Merit School and a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society in 2015. After law school, she began her career with the Camden County Prosecutor's Office in the Domestic Violence Section. There she worked closely with the team chiefs to prosecute cases as well as working with the Homeland Security unit addressing national security concerns in preparation for the World Meeting of Families and the Papal visit to Philadelphia. Following her time at the Prosecutor's Office, Daniella worked as General Counsel at MK Venture Capital + Public Policy, a billion-dollar venture capital firm building and running large successful companies to fund scalability programs and support crucial changes in public policy. Daniella demonstrates an unwavering commitment to managing and protecting client interests and possesses a high degree of integrity and the ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality, as well as a responsive and service-oriented attitude. She understands that losing a loved one is a serious challenge, and she takes pride in her ability to help a client through this emotional time of administering a loved one's estate. When not at work, Daniella enjoys spending time with her husband and children and sharing her native Persian cuisine with her community.

Katie Chang Klenk

Katie graduated from FIT in NYC and started her career as the personal assistant to the president of a large fashion import company. It was here where she learned her organizational and HR skills. Deciding to open her own business, she started dog breeding and training. This helped her hone her marketing and customer service skills. After taking a break to have two children, she returned to the business world by opening her own Beauty Boutique in 2012 focusing on lash extensions. After ten successful years, and the beauty business running smoothly, Katie decided to share her office manager skillset with Klenklaw in 2022.

Kim O'Donoghue

Kim received her Associate in Business Administration from Delaware County Community College in 2005. She worked for a locally-based freight forwarder for 17 years in various Sales and Marketing roles supporting the company's National Accounts and 300-person sales team. She joined Klenk Law, LLC in 2021 and concentrates on assisting the Attorneys in Probate and Litigation. Kim has thoroughly enjoyed the pivot to Legal and working with the clients and attorneys of Klenk Law. She enjoys working in Estate Law and helping ensure that a loved one's wishes are honored. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters Ava, Ashlynn and Ariana.

Laura Parisi

Laura is originally from NYC, where she received a BA in Communication Studies from Pace University. She has enjoyed working in various administrative roles over the years, as well as in restaurant management. Laura loves working in her adopted home of Philadelphia! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing with dogs, and seeing live music with her husband and friends.

Marissa Bortz

Marissa received her Associate's Degree in Mathematics and Science from Holy Family College (University) in Philadelphia in 2002. After graduation she pursued a career in the medical field for many years, mainly working in the field of Orthopaedics. Marissa works closely with the attorneys in litigation matters. She is a Philadelphia sports fan and loves to watch games with her children and family.

Rodney Myer

Rodney spent his childhood in the suburbs of Pittsburgh and attended high school and college in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. He was awarded a scholarship to attend Penn State University's Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA, from which he graduated in 2002. In the 20 years since, he has successfully litigated hundreds of fiduciary cases, including fiduciary accounts, guardianships, and will disputes. During law school, Rodney was appointed as an editor of Penn State International Law Review and his article was published in it. Since entering practice, Rodney presented at the World Congress on Guardianship, served for three years as vice-chair of a practice group of a national lawyers association, and presented numerous times at state-wide industry conferences. Rodney lives in Skippack, PA has 3 teenage children, and enjoys regularly playing bass guitar in his church's band.

Tracey M. Connor

Tracey M. Connor is an attorney in Klenk Law, LLC's litigation group. She concentrates her practice in trusts and estates litigation. Tracey earned her J.D. from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, Evening Division Program. In law school, she won a writing competition and achieved recognition as a Pozzoulo International Studies Scholar and a Nelson Diaz Scholar. She began her legal career as a research assistant to Law Professor Rafael Porrata-Doria. Her research contributed to works published in the Max Plank Encyclopedia of Public International Law and the American University Business Law Review. She also interned for Subaru's lead litigation team and the chief legal officer of Bancroft, a non-profit organization dedicated to neurological rehabilitation. Tracey has volunteered in the community by preparing estate planning documents for first responders and serves as a vocalist for the Freedom Church of Philadelphia. She lives in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia with her husband.
