Kevin C. Larson

Attorney Larson is a trial attorney with over seventeen years of experience trying criminal and civil cases throughout the Courts of Massachusetts. Kevin has handled all types of criminal matters through trial, including everything from driving with a suspended license to motor vehice homicide, from possession of marijuana to trafficking in cocaine, from simple assault and battery to assault and battery with firearms, and from indecent assault and battery to aggravate rape. Attorney Larson is known for winning trials in both the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts, and for vigorously representing even the most "unpopular" defendants. Kevin strongly believes that everyone is entitled to a defense, even for the most heinous of crimes. In addition to criminal cases, Attorney Larson has represented hundreds of clients in civil trials, whether it be a divorce or child custody trial in the Probate & Family Court, or a personal injury case in the District and Superior Court. Kevin also handles civil rights claims for clients whose rights have been violated by the police or correctional officers. Whether you case is worth $10,000 or $1 million, he will fight to get you the best result possible. Kevin is a graduate of Wachusett Regional High School (Holden, MA). He continued his education at Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA), and later at Hamilton College (Clinton, NY), where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. Kevin also captained the Hamilton basketball team and was named team MVP in 1997. Attorney Larson earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Southern New England School of Law (North Dartmouth, MA), and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. In addition, he has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court - District of Massachusetts, and he is also admitted to practice before the First Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals.
