Ann Wilson

Ann is our delightful practice manager and the operational backbone of our practice. Ann has a wealth of experience having worked in a both legal and accounting practices across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty. Ann brings a common-sense approach to management and is responsible for growth and evolution of the practice, while also working closely with the property team in efficient and diligent completion of client's transactions. Ann is responsible for the wellbeing of the team and maintains a bedrock of enthusiasm and positivity while supporting the entire office. Kaimai Law Bethlehem are proud to have Ann as the down-to-earth-centre of the practice. Outside of work Ann's adventurous nature has her involved in many activities involving junior sports, travel and community events.

Anna Ferguson

Anna specialises in all aspects of Property Law including: Subdivisions Sale & Purchase of Land Easements Leases Building Anna is a property law specialist with particular knowledge in matters involving subdivisions, land sales and purchases, easements, leases and buildings. She heads up the firm's property team. She also has experience with wills, powers of attorney and occupation licences. Ferguson worked with major firms in Auckland for a decade before returning to Tauranga, where she was born and raised, and joining Kaimai Law.

Elaine Comyn

  • Support Staff - Deeds Clerk
Elaine joined Kaimai Law Bethlehem in 2016 and along with her Deeds Clerk duties is also the back up receptionist and assists where needed in other areas of the practice. Elaine has worked in a number of Law Firms locally and abroad.

Fiona Bumby

Fiona is our busy assistant to the conveyancing team, working behind the scenes to keep the wheels turning. Fiona assists the entire property team helping our lawyers and legal executives provide a cohesive and efficient service to her clients. If dealing on a property matter, you will likely speak with or email Fiona several times, and that is a reflection of her role in our team. From answering calls to arranging the repayment of your mortgage, Fiona is the glue that sees her client's transactions run smoothly. Personable and kind, Fiona is a valued and big hearted member of the Kaimai Law Bethlehem team. After hours Fiona will quite likely be on the side of a football pitch, having been a football mum to 5 kids for the past 15 years. The remainder of her free time is spent hanging out with family, bike riding or attempting home renovations.

Rebekah Moa

Rebekah specialises in family law including: Care of Children and parenting Orders; Guardianship and Relocation; Family Violence; Paternity; Oranga Tamariki matters; Relationship Property (Contracting Out and Separation Agreements); Rebekah also assists with Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Protection of Personal and Property Rights. Rebekah joined Kaimai Law in December 2022 as a senior solicitor. Prior to this she worked for a number of years for family practices in Auckland and Gisborne. She has also worked as an in-house Solicitor for Oranga Tamariki. Rebekah understands that family matters can be stressful and her kind, personable nature makes your experience of the process as stress free as possible. She strives to provide practical and realistic advice whilst aiming for the best possible outcome for the client in the circumstances. Rebekah originally comes from Auckland and is pleased about putting her roots down in the Bay of Plenty. Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys family time with her husband, children and grandson, and she is looking forward to enjoying all the wonderful opportunities Tauranga has to offer.

Tina specialises in: Trusts Estate Planning - Wills and Powers of Attorney Relationship Property All aspects of Commercial and Business Law including: Sale & Purchase of Business Leases Franchises Company Formation Shareholder Agreements Joint Venture Agreements Tina moved from Hamilton to Kaimai Law in April 2009. Going on to become a Partner in August 2010, and then sole Principal of Kaimai Law Bethlehem in July 2011. Tina enjoys spending time with her young family and is a keen soccer player, however as she is prone to injuring herself she now enjoys Tramping.
