She has been leading design strategy at LAM for 8 years, and has a strong background in brand positioning, visual positioning, brand architecture, naming and nomenclature and new product development. Prior to LAM, D.D. held senior management positions at Desgrippes Gobe (now Brand Image), Saatchi & Saatchi and MasterCard. She holds a BA from Pace University and offers significant global experience having managed businesses in Europe and Asia.

Michael has positioned LAM as a leading full service branding consultancy, producing results-driven strategic and creative design. He offers 25+ years of consumer marketing and design management experience, and has established the high standards for which our firm is known. Clients have characterized Michael as "a valuable partner," "flexible," and "extremely customer-centric." He brings a well-rounded background to the design industry, blending a BS degree in Computer/Mathematics from Trinity College, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the New York University Stern Graduate School of Business, and 5 years of marketing at IBM prior to joining LAM in 1988.

Paul leads design management at LAM, and brings over 25+ years of experience in strategic branding, identity development, packaging design and in-store marketing across a wide range of CPG categories. He has been the driving spirit behind many of the innovative creative solutions we deliver our clients. His passion for strategic design excellence continues to elevate our creative to new levels. Paul is a gifted designer as well. He received his MFA from Parsons School of Design. Prior to joining LAM Design in 1990, Paul worked as an art and computer teacher. LAM has been recognized and rewarded by Paul's talent, having won numerous industry awards.

Philip Congello

Philip oversees the Brand Activation discipline at LAM. He has spent more than 25 years in promotion and advertising industries, and specializes in consumer promotion, shopper marketing and brand activation. Philip has partnered with global market leaders such as RB, Tsingtao, Duracell, Georgia-Pacific, Motorola, Gillette, Office Depot and Kraft. Philip holds a BA from Syracuse University and offers experience working with clients based in Asia.
