Boyd Delebreau is the Branch Manager and Field Biologist for our Greenville office. He has a BS in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences from UW-Stevens Point, where he also played four years of college football. His previous experience includes working as a fisheries technician for both UW-Stevens Point and UW-Green Bay. In his free time, Boyd enjoys hunting, fishing, and being around family and friends.
Charles Patterson is a Senior Biologist for our Greenville office. He graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a BS in Biology, Fisheries, and Water Resources. Charles enjoys the company of family and friends while his hobbies include camping, fishing, and snowboarding.
Dan Oliaro is a Field Biologist for our Elkhorn office. He has a BS from UW-Whitewater where he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. His previous experience includes an internship with Geneva Lake Environmental Agency and an apprenticeship through UW-Whitewater with a professor regarding aquatic macroinvertebrates. Dan enjoys learning new things and his hobbies include football, waterskiing, and fishing.
Elliot Haverland is a Field Biologist for our Greenville office. He has a BS in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences from UW-Stevens Point. His previous experience includes working as a Mississippi River monitoring intern and fisheries management intern for the Iowa DNR. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and boating.
Eric Rudzinski is a Senior Biologist for our Elkhorn office. He graduated from UW-Platteville with a BS in Reclamation and Environmental Conservation after interning with us for four consecutive seasons. Eric enjoys hunting, fishing, football, and basketball.
Garrett Lyon is a Senior Biologist working from our Elkhorn office. He has a BS in Fish/Water Resource Management along with a Soil minor from UW-Stevens Point. Garrett was previously an Aquatic Plant Management Specialist with the WI DNR. He enjoys fishing, hunting and camping.
Holly Sutter is a part-time Field Biologist for our Elkhorn office. She comes to us from South Florida where she previously worked for 14 years in natural area mitigation, fountain service, and pond management. Her past experience gives her a unique perspective related to invasive species management. Holly enjoys painting (she's a very talented artist), photography, hiking, and spoiling her cats.

Jeff Stelzer is the Owner and Senior Biologist working out of the Elkhorn office. He has a BS in Watershed Management along with a Soil minor from UW-Stevens Point. Jeff's interests include fishing, camping, beekeeping, and spending time with his family.
Jen Bartz is our Office Manager who has over 20 years of bookkeeping and office experience. She is treasurer for the non-profit organization Side by Side, who provides financial assistance to people in need. Jen enjoys spending her free time with her husband and four children, camping, biking, and downhill skiing.
Joey Collura is a new Field Biologist for our Elkhorn office. He has a BS from UW-Stevens Point where he majored in Water Resources with a minor in Soil Science. Joey interned with us in 2022 and we are happy to have him on board full-time this season. In his free time he enjoys fishing, camping, football, and basketball.

Josh Ginzl is a Field Biologist and Shop Manager for our Greenville office. He has a BS in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences from Iowa State University and previously worked as a fisheries technician at UW-Green Bay. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and basketball.

Kevin Vanderlip is a Senior Biologist and Shop Manager for our Elkhorn office. He has a BS in Resource Management and Law Enforcement from UW-Stevens Point. His previous experience includes a summer as a Park Ranger with the WDNR and invasive species management for a conservation district in IL. Kevin is an accomplished tournament bass fisherman who also enjoys waterfowl hunting and spending time with friends and family.
Ryan Redman is a new Field Biologist for our Elkhorn office. He has a BS from UW-Stevens Point where he majored in Fisheries and Aquatic Science. Ryan's past experience will serve him well as he was an AIS (Aquatic Invasive Species) Removal Specialist utilizing DASH (Diver Assisted Suction Harvesting) in Northern Wisconsin and also worked as an AIS Coordinator for Crawford County. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, and generally staying active outdoors.
