Lisa Kolarsky is a Partner and a founding member of KDC. She was educated in the United States and worked for Chevron-Texaco for 24 years as a civil engineer an IT specialist. Subsequently, she has been working with KDC for more than 20 years as a real estate broker and developer. She serves as the General Manager of KDC. Her specialization is corporate management and finance.
Radim Kolarsky is a Partner and a founding member of KDC. He has 30 years of wide-ranging global experience in the international oil and gas industry, with a focus on Africa, Europe, Asia, the U.S.A. and the Middle East. His experience ranges from regional exploration on basin scale, to exploration and appraisal on block-scale, to full-scale field development work, including detailed analysis on reservoir scale. He was educated in the United States and received his initial industry training at Texaco and Shell. He has consulted to a number of U.S., Canadian, UK, Czech, Thai companies on four continents, and has a solid track record in exploration and field development/exploitation.
