Brett S. Albrecht is a veteran of Southern California real estate with extensive experience in property acquisition, underwriting, debt & equity structuring, asset management, property management, construction/project management and marketing. Since 2004, Mr. Albrecht has worked closely with the Board of Directors while implementing its ownership and operations of commercial real estate and joint venture projects. Mr. Albrecht has successfully coordinated over $1.2 billion of dispositions, acquisitions, equity structures and debt on behalf of Kraemer Land Company, Inc. and its partners. Mr. Albrecht also serves as the designated broker of record for Kraemer Land Company, Inc. and is a licensed Broker in the State of California.

Julie Groot

Julie Groot provides expertise and senior oversight to the entire commercial portfolio, including third party accounts. Ms. Groot is recognized for her leadership and team building abilities as well as her in-depth knowledge of multiple product types. In addition to senior management of the commercial portfolio, Ms. Groot is actively involved in multiple corporate activities within Kraemer Land Company.

Matthew Ferree

Matthew Ferree is responsible for the execution and oversight of acquisitions, dispositions, financing and joint venture equity at Kraemer Land Company. Over his tenure with the company, he has participated in over $500 million of real estate transactions which span commercial assets, residential development, land entitlement, financing as both borrower and lender, and more. Mr. Ferree has developed various financial models used in the underwriting process in addition to being an advanced user of Argus Enterprise, Kardin Budget, and MRI Accounting software. Mr. Ferree regularly interfaces with JV partners and borrowers to actively manage Kraemer Land Company and their client's investments. Additionally, Mr. Ferree prepares and presents executive level reports for board members, the investment committee, and partners.

Susan Gordon

Susan Gordon joined Kraemer Land Company, Inc. in 2007. Under her guidance, Kraemer Land Company Inc. provides full service accounting systems to all clients including financial statement preparation, rent statement generation, accounts payable management, cash management and custom accounting reports. Ms. Gordon was responsible for the successful implementation of MRI accounting software company wide. In addition, Ms. Gordon is the key management contact with all banking relationships on behalf of the company to provide services and features to the partners and tenants of Kraemer Land Company. Ms. Gordon works closely with property managers to ensure the completion of timely and accurate accounting, budgeting and financial reporting. In addition, she oversees the supervision and management of corporate and partnership accounting.
