André is a great gentleman who guides La Relance team with a shared vision and positive leadership to achieve it. With his background in social work and his many management backgrounds, we can count on him to passionately realize our mission.
Angélique has always had a keen interest in accompanying and helping others. After a background in mental health and a background in psychology, she discovered with pleasure the employability services that make a real difference in people's lives. Close to her Rwandan origins, she regularly practices traditional dance!
With her empathy and active listening skills, Ariane is an undeniable asset to the success of La Relance. She has worked in a community center, and in the field of mental health and addiction, helping others, which she loves just as much as her colleagues!

Armand, our wizard in technology, knows the STLR environment and operation very well, having done an internship there in 2018 in the OPE+ program! What excites him about his job: working on different projects with a variety of IT equipment, the friendly environment and teamwork at STLR!
Caroline's energy does not go unnoticed! She is appreciated as much by her clients as by her colleagues whom she loves just as much in return. Listening to customers and getting to know them is the most important thing for her. Dialogue remains her best working tool.
Our altruistic and cheerful Triage trainer, Chantal, uses her great capacity for collaboration to bring all her projects at STLR to a successful conclusion. What are Chantal's hobbies when time comes to stop and ask her to enjoy some sweet pleasures? They can be summed up as follows: family activities, cinema and participation in cultural and charitable events!

Chantal, former team leader of a sorting center, is passionate about manual work in addition to enjoying being at the heart of the action. Allergic to routine, she is stimulated by the search for ideas in order to always adapt to the needs of the trainees as well as to new challenges.
Before becoming the experienced warehouse clerk he is at STLR, our camping enthusiast Christian worked in the computer recycling industry as an operations supervisor. For him, teamwork and respect are two fundamental elements of well-being within a professional organization.
On a daily basis, Cloé makes a huge difference to people's lives, something she's passionate about. A reader in her spare time, she uses her great patience and understanding with trainees to support their learning in the workplace.

For Corinne, the most important thing in her role is to reach out to others. Which she does brilliantly, especially by using her legendary listening skills. A quality that she developed while accompanying many people on the the Camino de Santiago in France and Spain.

For Cynthia, the strength of an organization lies in collaboration and the adoption of values such as respect, community involvement and integrity. Her extensive experience in community development will help La Relance achieve its goals. Cynthia has worked as a facility manager for people living with disabilities in prestigious New York City!
A diplomat, Damien puts his interpersonal skills to work for La Relance. Passionate about social and environmental causes, he draws on his experience in community organizations and associations, where he has developed a great deal of autonomy in his work to stand out from the crowd.
Before working for La Relance, our versatile Denis worked for the Government of Canada as a computer technician! What makes him passionate and happy in his role with the company: the diversity of his tasks, the great team cohesion, and the STLR mission and values.

We don't know her secret, but Denise still manages to hang a smile on our face. After a busy career in the federal public service, she brings her experience to La Relance. Denise devotes much of her time to her loved ones. Knowing her generosity, it is certain that they are pampered!

Structured, Fabienne juggles effectively with the organization of management files. At La Relance, she easily integrated into the team and found a pleasant work environment in which to thrive. Fabienne is an artist in her spare time, you may have had the chance to admire her charcoal creations.

Our accounting expert, Jessica, puts her great sense of organization and attention to detail to work for the team. For Jessica, who accumulated 5 solid years of experience in accounting and finance before joining La Relance, her hobbies include reading and music!

Luc is so cultured that everyone would like him in his quiz team! Luc's experiences led him to work with Inuit communities and in the health care system. His greatest daily satisfaction? Serve people and find win-win solutions.

Before joining the Hebdo Ménage team, our versatile Marc worked for 27 years in the housekeeping field!
Marc's hobbies have one thing in common: they're all outdoors! He loves hiking, camping and traveling!
Through her background in large companies in Mexico, Maria has developed a talent for optimization and aims to always improve the performance of her work. At home, Maria combines two of her passions by cultivating her vegetable garden, which she then cooks for those she loves.
Marie-Eve is good at developing a bond of trust with her clients whom she is happy to accompany throughout their journey.
She is a fan of her colleagues who enrich her workplace and do real teamwork.

Marie-Josée is versatile, loves helping others and teamwork. Her experience as a special education technician and teacher is a great asset to her clientele. In her spare time, she coaches figure skating, and also enjoys kayaking, hiking, camping and soccer. Her dynamism and passion for teaching are in line with La Relance's mission and values!

Michael's perfectionism and his resourcefulness make a huge contribution to La Relance. With over 10 years‘ experience at STLR, his peers call him a master repairman! With a passion for repair and production, he's a jack-of-all-trades.

With his legendary dynamism, Michel is an important cog in La Relance's success. His jokes are not to be missed! They add to the work atmosphere. Having worked as a trainer for over 10 years, notably in driving schools, he passes on his knowledge to interns on a daily basis.
La Relance aims to recruit new talent from all walks of life, while representing the diversity of the region's population and offering a wide range of expertise, skills and experience.
With her compassion, empathy and immense patience, Rose-Asmine brings a great deal to her clients at La Relance. Having worked as a social worker with women victims of domestic violence, she knows how to serve and support people in vulnerable situations. She is passionate about making a positive impact on their lives.
A perfectionist who listens to his colleagues, Samuel joined La Relance to provide his expertise to interns while managing orders. His internship in a public agency deepened his knowledge of the computer industry. His hobbies include video games, field hockey and manga.
Stéphane has been working at STLR since May 2005 as Operations Supervisor! He loves helping trainees and seeing them grow, both professionally and personally. By no means apathetic, Stéphane's passions include golf, hunting and spending quality time with his children!
Before working at La Relance, Sylvain was busy running his own company as an IT consultant! Sylvain puts his knowledge of all areas of information technology to good use, as well as his innovative spirit, great problem-solving skills and patience, to support the entire STLR team.

Her training and her extensive experience in finance and management, in diversified sectors of activity, are put at the service of our mission. The same goes for Sylvie's macroscopic vision of our companies, which is most useful in our decision-making process.
A keen runner, Valérie uses her boundless energy to find creative solutions to help her clients. An experienced speaker and passionate about her work, she accompanies people with limitations and advises companies in their integration process.
In addition to being a team leader, Éric is also an excellent trainer for all STLR employees and trainees, whose reality he understands, having completed a traineeship at STLR himself in 1999! What's his passion? Music, guitar, cycling and horror movies!
