Andre brings his enthusiasm and experience in media creation to his role as Manager of Visual Communications.
Over the past few years, Andre has facilitated numerous advocacy programs and strengthened multi-sector networks by utilizing creative media to increase public awareness and participation. He has also produced several audio-visual media projects covering a wide range of issues, from human rights to the environment. As the Manager of Visual Communications, he supports Kopernik in community outreach activities, working to strengthen the organization's community base and find effective solutions to reduce poverty. Next to producing video, Andre also loves cooking. For him, combining ingredients, experimenting with spices and seasonings, are similar to the process of videomaking.
Annisa brings her agriculture technology background and work experience in various research and consulting projects to lead some research, development, and implementation of appropriate technologies in the Solutions Lab team.
Annisa is a researcher at heart who is deeply concerned about agriculture, the environment, and sustainabile development. She believes that the utilization of simple, appropriate technologies could improve the lives of underserved communities. With a background in food and agriculture technology and several years of experience in Kopernik's Last Mile Consulting Team, Annisa joins the Solutions Lab Team as the Associate Manager. Now, she leads some projects on research, development, and implementation of appropriate technology that has the potential to improve the lives of underserved communities across Indonesia. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, visiting museums, and cafe hopping.

With business experience spanning multiple sectors, Arvin holds the position of Director of Partnerships and Business Development at Kopernik, managing partnerships across the organization.
Arvin is in charge of partnerships and business development at Kopernik. Arvin manages Kopernik's partnerships while providing advisory services to our clients and partners such as private and public sector players, research partners, and academic institutions, among others. He possesses business experience in multiple sectors such as healthcare, international trade, banking and finance, among others. Arvin actively expands the reach and impact of Kopernik's service offering, guaranteeing the delivery of world-class output for clients and partners. Arvin enjoys learning, music, and training different types of martial arts in his free time.
As a Associate Finance Manager, Ayu is responsible to ensure timely payments both for external or internal parties. She is also in charge of inputing data to the accounting system to support the development of financial reports.
Having an auditor background, Ayu is very meticulous and detail-oriented. She has previous work experience in various industries, from international trading to hospitality that enrich her with various types of financial documents. She is skillful in reviewing financial documents, completing and validing financial documents in order to maintain organization accountability. In her spare time, she loves to cook and read books about Balinese culture, horor, thriller and fantasy.
Hanif is a product designer aiming to expand his skills in multidisciplinary collaboration to make a meaningful impact for last-mile communities.
With a background in Product Design, Hanif has a passion for social impact and multidisciplinary collaboration. He believes that collaborating with a diverse team and engaging with local communities can bring about greater impact. Hanif gained experience working in an innovation product design studio where he learned to solve problems through technology. As an Senior Analyst in Kopernik's Solutions Lab, Hanif hopes to deepen his knowledge of the lean experimentation approach in order to apply his skills and make a real contribution to communities living in the last mile. During his free time, Hanif enjoys running and training to prepare himself for marathons.
