Duccio Galletti has been working with KTPartners since July 2024 as a Senior Advisor, where he also deals with business development. Previously, he gained over 40 years of experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets, particularly at Banca Akros - Gruppo Banco BPM, from 1987 to June 2022. Initially, he participated with a group of managers in the foundation of Akros Finanziaria and later held the position of Central Director. He then served as Head of the Specialist/Corporate Broking and Regulatory Derivatives area. In the early years of his career, he worked as a Corporate Officer at The Chase Manhattan Bank in London and Milan from 1982 to 1985, and then as a manager responsible for the Corporate Finance area at Barclays International Finanziaria from 1985 to 1987. Since July 2023, he has been an independent director of Emma Villas, a company active in vacation rental listed on Euronext Growth Milan. He is among the shareholders of Endeka SGR S.p.A. (since 2024), which is active in the management of alternative credit funds. He is also a partner of Ventive srl, a Venture Capital company. Duccio Galletti has a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University and E.S.S.E.C. Paris.
Paolo Tramoni has gained over 15 years' experience in Corporate Finance, in particular in the management of extraordinary transactions (M&A, turnaround, debt restructuring) at leading financial advisory companies, successfully completing over 25 deals in different sectors during his career. In particular, he was one of the founding partners of Pirola Corporate Finance, holding the position of Senior Manager from 2016 until August 2022. Previously, he was Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Team of BDO Italia (formerly Mazars Italia) from 2011 to 2015 and manager of Iperion Corporate Finance from 2006 to 2011. He graduated in Economics and Business Legislation from the Bocconi University in 2005, and he has been enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2010. For about 12 years he has been teaching the "Financial System" course at the Bocconi University.
