Becky brings 17 years of experience to her role as probate paralegal. As such, she partners with attorneys and clients throughout the administration of estates and trusts and in the handling of guardianship and conservatorship matters. A native of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Becky relocated to the Green Bay area after spending over seven years as a paralegal/office manager for a private law firm in Marquette and over eight years in the Marquette County Probate and Juvenile Court, serving as Court Recorder, Deputy Probate Register, Deputy Circuit Court Clerk and most recently as Interim Probate Register. She graduated cum laude and holds a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in English from Northern Michigan University.

Prior to joining the Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C., Cassandra gained experience in family and criminal law at two large Northeast Wisconsin law firms. David is a shareholder in the firm's litigation department. He concentrates his practice in complex litigation including commercial, intellectual property, shareholder dispute, dealership, insurance, product and personal injury matters.
David has been lead counsel in over 50 jury trials, and several of his clients have experienced jury verdicts in their favor in excess of one million dollars. He recently defended an intellectual property right and breach of contract case against his client that involved an eight-figure settlement demand prior to winning the case. David won summary judgment resulting in the case being tossed out of federal court before trial, and the matter finally resolved on appeal in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals with David's client paying nothing to the plaintiff for any settlement.
I enjoy the deep sense of gratitude when a client expresses that I have made all the difference in achieving the best outcome possible under their unique circumstances. George earned his B.A. from Marquette University in 1978 and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin in 1981. After graduation, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Harlington Wood at the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a partner at Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C. in Green Bay where he practices general civil and Apellate litigation.
He is a past president of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is an elected fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and Litigation Counsel of America. He was twice elected to the board of directors for the State Bar of Wisconsin Litigation Section and served a term as chairman. He has also been inducted as a fellow in the American Bar Foundation and the Wisconsin Law Foundation and included in the Best Lawyers in America.
He co-founded the Robert J. Parins Inn of Court (n/k/a The Hon. Robert J. Parins Legal Society of Northeast Wisconsin, Inc.) where he served as an officer. Jill is a partner at the Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C., practicing estate planning, probate and trust administration and general litigation. Kurt is an expert in various regulatory compliance issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act, state and federal Family Medical Leave Acts, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Wisconsin Worker's Compensation Act, the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification Act, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration laws. Laura has 30 years of experience practicing law. She concentrates her practice in family law including divorce, pre and post-nuptial agreements, grandparent rights, stepparent adoption, child support, maintenance, mediation and collaborative divorce and Hague Convention Litigation. In 2007, Laura received her Divorce Mediation Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has been nominated and accepted to the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys (AIOFLA) 10 Best in Wisconsin for Client Satisfaction every year from 2019 to 2021. In addition, she was recognized by the American Society of Legal Advocates as one of the Top 100 Family lawyers in the State of Wisconsin for 2019 and 2020. Steve grew up in Waupun, Wisconsin and received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University.
