KENTUCKY TELECOM ASSOCIATION - Key Persons

Tyler Campbell has served as Executive Director of the Kentucky Rural Broadband Association since 2015. Over the past 10 years, he has represented Kentucky's rural broadband providers in Frankfort, serving as the chief lobbyist and spokesperson for KYRBA. Tyler manages the daily operations of the association, including advocacy, membership engagement, communications and events. Prior to leading KYRBA, Tyler served in government affairs and communications roles with the Kentucky League of Cities, Commerce Lexington Inc. and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. With seventeen (17) years of government affairs experience, Tyler is passionate about representing Kentucky's rural broadband providers in front of lawmakers at the federal, state and local levels of government. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association Government Affairs Committee, an at-large member of the NTCA Rural Broadband PAC Board of Directors, and a Board Member of the Kentucky Society of Association Executives. Tyler is a past graduate of Leadership Kentucky and previously served as the Chairman of the National Council of State Telecom Association Executives. Professionally, Tyler has been recognized as NTCA Rural Broadband PAC Director of the Year as well as Executive of the Year from the Kentucky Society of Association Executives. He resides in Georgetown, KY with his wife and two children.
