Alyssa is the daughter of Thomas and Mary Lee Willis of Stony River. She is the grand-daughter of Miska and Marvara Zaukar of Stony River and Anna and George Willis Sr. of Red Devil. She was raised in Stony River and graduated from the Gusty Michael School in 2007. From 2010 until 2013 she worked with the Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation performing office assistant duties. From 2013 until 2015 she worked with SRTC & AVCP performing office duties such as, paperwork, filling, event planning and roads work. From 2015 until 2016 she worked with Rural Cap organizing youth events. She also worked with the Stony River Traditional Council from 2016 assisting with paperwork, office duties and organizing events. Alyssa has also worked with AVCP-ICWA from 2016 until 2020. She currently serves on the Kuspuk School District Board of Educations since October 2019.
Brenda was raised by her grandmother, Auntie Mary Nicoli, and parents, Darlene and Herman Morgan. She worked for TKC from 2006-2008, most recently as an Executive Administrator. Brenda graduated from Aniak High School in 1995. She went to Mt. Edgecumbe High School in Sitka from 1993-1994. Brenda attended Alaska Pacific University in Anchorage from 2014-2015 where she completed the Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program and attained a certificate. She has been serving a three year term as a director on the AVTEC Advisory Board since 2014. In December 2013, Brenda attained a Strategic Workforce Planning Certification and has been a member of the Society of Human Resources Management since 2010. Brenda is currently a supervisor at Calista and brings over 8 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She has worked for Calista Corporation since March 2010. She is currently the workforce and shareholder development supervisor, a position she's held since September 2014. From January 2013 to September 2014, she was the Human Resources generalist, and from March 2010 to December 2012, she was the human resources coordinator. Brenda is a May 2008 graduate of Leadership Anchorage through the Alaska Humanities Forum.
Daisy graduated from Aniak High School in 1997. She attended Alaska Career College from October 2008 until May 2009, majored in business, and earned a business certificate in 2009. From October 2010 until March 2011, Daisy attended Alaska Career College where she earned an Associates of Applied Science degree in of fice and computer technology. She served on the Kuspuk School District and the Aniak Traditional Council as a board member. Daisy is currently employed at the Aniak Traditional Council as the Tribal Transportation Manager where she is responsible for maintaining grant contract files per taining to roads, planning and budgeting. From August 2012 until December 2012, Daisy was em ployed with Mikunda Cottrell Accounting and Consulting as an environmental service worker, where she was responsible for completing cleaning lists, operating flood cleaning extraction of equipment and managing safe T-Team protocols. From May 2008 until September 2009, Daisy was employed with The Kuskokwim Corporation where she worked as the marketing assistant, and was responsible for creating marketing materials for the newsletter, brochures and the website. From July 2007 until September 2007, Daisy worked for Inland Aviation Service as a Customer Service Representative in Aniak. She worked for Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation from March 2005 until May 2005 as a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, where she was responsible for data entry and clerical duties. She currently serves on the Executive, Proxy, and Audit Committees.

Darren Morgan Deacon resides in Kalskag. He graduated from George Morgan Sr. High School in 1997. Since November 1998, he has been employed with Bush-Tel, Inc. as a telecommunications technician. Darren has 18 years of career experience in telecommunications cable environments and maintenance of telecom and internet computer hardware systems, software, and analog and digital diagnostic and repair techniques. He has experience in installation service and repair, project management, Cat S and data networks, operations maintenance, planning and development, quality control, budgeting and schedule, and network configuration. He mentors new and less experienced technicians through hands-on instruction and ride-alongs. Darren is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing distribution rack terminals, equipment, and interconnections and distribution cables. In addition, he documents and maintains logs, charts, and testing data for new installation upgrades and maintenance calls. Darren attended training for Redcom MOXI, Nortel BCM 50, Calex E7 (Internet), Actelis ML 628, and he holds a Hughes Net Installer certification.

Dunia is a lifelong resident of Kalskag, Alaska. She is married to Kenny Morgan Sr. (34 years). Dunia graduated from George Morgan Sr. High School in 1982. She worked for the City of Kalskag as administrator from 1985-1990. She and her husband own and oper ated their store; Video Village Center from 1986-1999, and their fuel business; Morgan Fuel Service from 1986 to present, and also upheld a foster care provider license from 1997 to pre sent. She worked for ANICA store as a manager from 1999-2002. She served as a Vista vol unteer in 2002-2003, and Americore volunteer from 2003-2004. She also worked for the Na tive Village of Kalskag as IGAP assistant Coordinator from 2005-2007, and for Yute Air from 2010-2011 as the Village flight agent. Dunia has been a council member and mayor for the City of Kalskag, and also a council member and tribal president for the Native Village of Kalskag. She served as a delegate for the Alaska Village Electrical Cooperation (AVEC) from 2001-2006. She participated and completed the Rural Human Service Program (RHS) in 2006-2008.Dunia is currently pursuing her BSW degree through the UAF Distant Learning Program. She has been a TKC board member since 2003. She currently serves as chairman of the board, chairman of the Executive Committee, and ex-officio on the Land and TKCD Committees. She also serves on the Governance Committee.
Harvey resides in Aniak, AK. Harvey's parents are Bunny Hoffman and the late Harvey Hoffman. Harvey graduated from Aniak Jr. Sr. High School in 2009. He attended University of Alaska Anchorage from 2009-2013 and majored in English. He works as the EPA/IGAP Assistant for the Aniak Traditional Council, from June 2015 to Present. He worked as a Solid Waste Coordinator for the Kuskokwim River Watershed Council, from June 2014 to May 2015. Harvey worked as a Laborer for the Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation in Aniak, from August 2013 to February 2014. He also worked as a Summer Hire for the Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation, from July 2009 to January 2013. Prior to that, Harvey was a Camp Kick Ash Assistant for the Aniak Volunteer Fire Department, from May 2008 to February 2011.
Kenny resides in Kalskag. He graduated from George Morgan Sr. High School in 1980. Since 2006, Kenny has worked in construction for AVCP Housing Authority. From 1998-2013, he worked for the City of Kalskag as a heavy equipment operator. In 1982, he com pleted AVCP VPSO training in Sitka and in 1983 he attended Aero Tech flight school where he then received his commercial pilot license in 1984. After attaining a commer cial pilot license, Kenny worked as a commercial pilot for Camai Air from 1984-1986, Harold's Air from 1986-1990, and Mark Air Express from 1990-1996. Kenny served as a director on the Kuspuk School Board from 1995-2012 and a member and mayor for the City of Kalskag from 1990-1993. He has served as a Kuspuk School Board member and chairman for the past 15 years. He currently serves on the Governance and TKCD committees and also serves as Proxy chair.
Kim is the daughter of Patty Gregory. She was raised in Aniak by her grandmother Anna Gregory. Kim lived in Crooked Creek, Kalskag, and Aniak. She graduated from Aniak Secondary High School in May 2002. She attended UAA and Charter College and studied accounting. Kim is now attending the University of Alaska, Anchorage to earn a bachelor's degree in finance. She worked for Donlin Gold for eight months as a core handler, core cutter, and laborer. She worked at TKC from December 2007 until November 2009 as a Shareholder Records/Administrative Assis tant. She works for Kuukpik Corporation as Office Manager. Kim has been a TKC board member since 2013. She currently serves on the Proxy, Shareholder Relations, and Governance Committees. In October 2013, Kimberly was elected to serve on the Kuskokwim Educational Foundation Board.
Lorraine is currently the sole proprietor of Little Diamond Cleaning. She graduated from Gusty Michael School in Stony River in 1987. She has several years of custodial job experience and recently decided that it's time to start her own business. From 2012- 2013, she worked for Universal Floor Care as a custodian for the Primary Care Center in Wasilla. From 2010-2011, she worked for the Mat-Su Borough School District, and from 2008-2009, she worked for NANA Management Services as a custodian for schools in the valley. Lorraine has been a TKC board member since 2006. She currently serves on the Executive Committee and served as the secretary/treasurer on the TKCD Committee.

Marce is the daughter of the late Angela Simeon, and the grand-daughter of Anna Gregory. Marce lived in Crooked Creek until she was two years old, and was then raised in Aniak until she graduated from high school in 1998. Marce attended the University of Alaska Anchorage and the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She obtained an Associate of Arts degree from UAA in 2008. From 2004 to present, Marce has been employed with the Native Village of Tazlina as the Indian Child Welfare Act coordinator and Finance Manager. She is married to Jon Simeon and they have been raising their children in Glennallen for the last 11 years.Marce is a dedicated individual and a committed leader within the community. She serves on the Indian Education Committee for the Copper River School District (since 2004), cultural liaison for the regional Child Advocacy Center (since 2009), and coaches elementary girls basketball (since 2008). She's attended trainings in finance, wage and hour, policy, human resources, grant writing, enrollment, and business development.Marce has been a TKC Board Member since June 2006. She serves as the chairman of the Governance and TKCD Committees and vice-chairman of the full board. She also serves on the Executive and Audit Commit tees.
Sarah Gallt, Kenny Lake, AK. Age 35. She's the great granddaughter of Paul N. Kameroff Sr. of Kalskag, granddaughter of Mary Gober (Kameroff) of Anchorage, daughter of Charlie Linnell of Valdez and the late Denise Chappel of Talkeetna. She is a proud Class B Shareholder. Sarah received her diploma from Susitna Valley Jr./Sr. High School in Talkeetna, AK in 2004. She attended University of Alaska Anchorage in Anchorage, AK in Fall 2004 studying Biology. Sarah has attended Alaska Pacific University in Anchorage, AK from 2017 - present studying for a Bachelors in Business Administration & Management. Sarah is currently working for Copper Valley Development Association, Inc. (CVDA), December 2020-present, as a Project Manager: it is the regional ARDOR with the State of Alaska department of Commerce and Regional Affairs, where they focus on rural economic development projects, facilitating partnerships with private and government entities, grant writing and regional collaboration. Sarah previously worked for The Kuskokwim Corporation (TKC), August 2013-November 2020, as the Director of Outreach & Foundations; she oversaw all Shareholder Outreach, Special Projects & Events, Corporate Records, managed 2 Scholarship Foundations, Community & Tribal Meetings & Communication, Corporate Compliance & Policies, ANCSA Regulatory Compliance, Board of Director Support, Planning & Logistics, Internships and Shareholder Development Programs, and all Annual Reports & Proxy & Newsletter Publications. Sarah has trainings in: Developing trainings at TKC for the Board of Directors, had numerous trainings at Alaska Federation of Natives (AFN), at the Elders & Youth Conferences, at BIA Providers Conferences, at Alaska Rural Small Business Conferences, and at the Alaska Forum on the Environment. She received the Anchorage Gateway Rotarian of the Year Award in 2020; She is currently enrolled in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) 1 training, and at Alaska Pacific University for Business Administration & Management.
Teresa M. Simeon-Hunter, Chuathbaluk, AK. Age 50. Teresa graduated from Crow Village Sam School. Teresa is currently employed with AVCP Inc. as a Community Family Service Specialist with Tribal Child Welfare Department since 2015. Teresa worked for Rural Cap with the Birch Program from 2014 to 2015. From 2012 to 2013 she worked for YKHC Behavioral Health as a Case Manager. Prior to that she also worked for YKHC as a Substance Abuse Counselor from 2009 to 2012. Teresa has attended multiple trainings which include AVCP Tribal Justice Series in 2019, Tribal Court Development for Alaska Tribes in 2019, the 229 Indian Child Welfare Act II in 2021 and Essential Training in 2023. Teresa had training with MS word and Excel in 2016. Teresa attended Alaska Commission for Behavioral Health Certification from 2010 to 2012 and received her certificate in CDC Level 1. Teresa has been the Chairman with the Chuathbaluk City Council since 2014. She served as a School Board Member with the Kuspuk School District From 2018 to 2022. She was also a council member/vice mayor for the city of Chuathbaluk from 2014 to 2021.
