Not only do they manage the properly much better that I ever could, the involvement in making good decisions and covering the variables probably saves me a lot of money in the longer run. Emily is an awesome property manager. She is always very helpful, and prompt in addressing any needs regarding the property. I know I can depend on her to answer any questions, and reply quickly to all repair requests. It's a comfort to know that she's such a dedicated manager, and respectful of her tenet's needs.
